The items I bought from TreeStuff where good quality and shipping was fine also. My complaint is, I think they sold my email address. Ever since I ordered from them, I have been getting a very large amount of junk emails.

Ordered rope from website. Was supposed to be delivered within a week according to the site when I ordered it. After a week I hadn't seen it yet and called them. They gave me an excuse about a system update. Hadn't even shipped it yet.
Don't promise timely delivery if you won't actually do it.

Ordered a new husqvarna mark 3 chainsaw from these guys....the wrong saw showed up after about two weeks. I contacted them for shipping the saw back. It's now been almost a month still no saw. Funny how they brag about 2 to 3 day shipping anywhere in the USA. I believe what everyone else is saying about, items are not in stock. Treestuff has gone down hill after Sherill Tree bought them out! I will go to my local saw shops from now on pay a little more get it on the spot.

Some time ago I bought a Stein Invert-A-Wrap the product never arrived at my house I contacted this company for a refund and they told me that within 2 weeks I would receive a refund 6 months passed and I did not receive anything, with this experience I will not return to buy with this company

They shipped my order in timely manner and provided tracking number. I received what I purchased and the merchandise was professionally packaged. I'm satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. As a matter of fact, I will very soon. TreeStuff is good in my book.

Very poor service. Their website looks nice and the pricing as well. But if you read their BBB and other online reviews, you'll see they do not have their products in stock and make you wait and refuse to cancel orders for products they do not have in fulfillment. Unfortunately, they have been absolutely uncooperative and now have to report fraud to my credit card company. Do not waste your time with this company Treestuff.com

Great company, great customer service. They also offer a ton of deals throughout the year and give many incentives like games and contests where you can win free stuff.
