***DO NOT RECOMMEND OR WORK WITH Tree Doctors of America at 111 North Orange Ave, Suite 800 Orlando, FL 32801 THEY HATE MILITARY SERVICEMEMBERS, WILL SCAM YOU, ESSENTIALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY, SHOW UP HOURS LATE, OR STAND YOU UP ENTIRELY, WASTE YOUR TIME AND NOT VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER***

Also don’t listen to the positive reviews here they are literally just spouses, family members, & friends of this company who are trying to sway you to get scammed cause they gotta make money somehow. For example Marissa Gross is Dylan Gross wife so the review is extremely uncredible and bias.

I’ve had several issues with the master of scammers Dylan Gross and despite that still gave him the benefit of the doubt.

He initially suggested we change the appointment last week last minute to something that better accommodates his schedule and crews schedule despite that he & his crew showed up HOURS late that day even though the change in schedule accommodated him and his crew and then Dylan left without confirming the work with that was done to attend his son’s baseball game. Even though he told me he wanted to make me happy and follow up with me to ensure a thorough job was done. He never mentioned hey I gotta leave early for my sons baseball game instead basically said by his actions Ima do what I want and don’t care what my word was that was said before.

I spent $3,000. The work was not completed as it should have been. Dylan said Tree Doctors of America doesn’t do military discounts and don’t appreciate service members. He also said if I’m too poor to afford it to get with someone else prior to the initial estimate even happening he claimed it would be expensive regardless. Despite the disrespect I thought maybe he just had a lapse in judgement and wasn’t a inherently bad person but he and Tree Doctors of America are the epitome of bad.

Leaving off from the previous paragraph prior we talked about getting more done to the tree and having another visit despite the issues I decided to give Dylan and his crew another chance. I was going to spend another $1,000, we agree for today 04/10/2024 & then they just don’t show up, no calls of hey we’re running late or hey here’s what’s going on, etc. Just left in the dark and stood up. I sent a text and call with voicemail but no return at all.

Dylan’s word apparently isn’t everything & I’ve felt like this is some joke and he and his crew gets pleasure in wasting peoples time. I feel bamboozled & honestly regret giving the Tree Doctors of America at 111 North Orange Ave, Suite 800 Orlando, FL 32801 another chance after the set of issues.

Ended up speaking to Chris Hale (Dylan Supervisor) and Mike (Director of operations supposedly) they claimed they would follow up with me to make this right but they never did. Guess Dylan learns from his supervisors well to scam their customers and to this point I still don’t have an answer as to why they never showed up like they were suppose to.

I will tell everyone to stay FAR FAR FAR away from Tree Doctors of America at 111 North Orange Ave, Suite 800 Orlando, FL 32801.

If your in the military avoid them as well cause again they hate military members and have made that clear by their actions towards service members.

As a result of hurricane Milton, our property had two trees down in the back yard, one tree leaning by our shed and another that had the top twisted out and had to be removed.We also had three other hickory trees removed. All of the tree were to be flush cut. Five of the trees were flush cut, the other two weren't. In the process of moving the cut trees to the side of the road, our back yard was totally destroyed. Where we once had grass, we now have sand and mounds of dirt. After seeing what they had done, I told them not to use their machine to move logs in the front yard. That saved the grass in the front. Also, they broke up three sections or edging around our flower beds, all called collateral damage.We are still waiting for them to come back to finish taking out the trunks of two trees and flush cut, pick up a log that was left and to flush cut another tree. I have called three times and no response.Totally unprofessional. Dylon cannot be trusted to keep his word.

I was wondering to hire a tree pest control service and while talking to one of my neighbors, he suggested "Tree Doctor". Their team was too cooperative and use to discuss the whole process with me before the implementation. They also take care of my and my family member so that they do not get hurt or suffocated by any insecticides and pesticides. I like the services offered by Tree Doctor. High Recommended!!
