Beware!
TravelBusinessClass (TBC) was ok UNTIL there was a problem. I bought two tickets, (for me and my husband), which together totaled $10,000USD. Each ticket had 4-5 legs. When the leg from Israel to our home country was cancelled by the airlines due to the war with Iran, TBC failed miserably. I have spent scores of hours on the phone and via email with TBC requesting a refund. I asked multiple times for the price of this leg of each ticket. They never told me. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, the dispute was closed because TBC responded that "it's our policy" (apparently to NOT refund tickets cancelled by the airlines). The airlines will not talk to us because we did not buy directly from them. For some unknown reason however, they did give us a TBC credit for my husband's cancelled ticket (despite their "policy"). This credit is for $1200 USD. I have no idea if this is a fair amount because they refuse to tell me the cost of the cancelled leg. Further, although the airlines announced that they would be giving credits and refunds to its passengers who were stranded because of the war, the credit my husband received was for use with Travel Business Class ONLY - not with the airlines! Friends who used other agencies have already received their cancelled Israel flight refunds! (not a credit with the agencies they used!!) I can only hope that TBC will still be in business within the year before the credit's expiration date and that they charge me a fair price. What is to stop them from charging me for a ticket that I might get elsewhere for far less than the credit? So lessons learned: (1) As others have mentioned, when you checkout and pay there is an option, to pay a $100 "tip" to the agent. DON'T PAY IT UNTIL YOU KNOW THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH YOUR TICKET. (2) When you buy through a third party vendor, like Travel Business Class, airlines WILL NOT DISCUSS ANY CHANGES YOU MAY WANT TO MAKE TO YOUR TICKET. THEREFORE BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES IF YOU CAN (3) If you buy a ticket with multiple legs, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE PRICE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL LEG, so that if there is a problem with one or more legs, you will be able to better dispute it. (4) If you must use another agent, do not use TBC. We used KIWI.com for other tickets that were ALSO cancelled by the airlines and we received our refunds (and not simply "credits") from KIWI within days. I would not recommend this company for your travel needs.

I recently booked tickets through this service and had an exceptional experience. Zayn was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He followed up with me consistently and reminded me to finalize my booking, even after I had to change my original travel dates several times. Despite the shifting plans, he made several attempts to find the best options and ultimately secured excellent flights at very reasonable prices. Everything went quite smooth until time to pay. On the payment screen there was a column asking for tips, on top asking me to put a small amount for verification test. But in general the agent was prompt in replying and booking went thru quite well
