I had some questions and Jeff was able to answer the technical questions. Jeff also connected me to a financial advisor, Mike, while I waited. I didn't have to call back. Mike was able to answer the rest of my questions concerning the different funds offered so I could feel comfortable with where my money is. I did have to wait longer than I wanted between Jeff and Mike.
