The 'stretch and restore' yoga session is an excellent way for me to recharge through guided stretching and relaxation of muscles. The series of poses that we go through seem to reach every part of the body. I always feel refreshed afterwards.

The instructors are professional and kind. They pay attention to the class and offer suggestions or alternatives when needed. No matter how new to yoga you are they make you feel welcomed and capable.They guide you with so much patience and love, always making you feel supported.

Everyone is very kind and the classes are amazing! Every class I have been to, the instructors have been thoughtful of all experience levels. It is a peaceful environment and I finish each class excited to return for the next one.

Great environment, the yoga class is well paced for all levels. The instructor emphasized the exercises and breath control.
The room is little warm at times but overall is a great class.

Thank you Felicia! Please let the instructor know about room temperature when you come to class. Sometimes they forget to turn down the air as it is on a separate system than the front of the building. We want to make sure you are enjoying your classes.
