Was very helpful in all stages from NOA1,RFE and RFER but didn’t update until now is showing RFER while our case approved since 1 may and got NOA 2 on hand 8 May,We don’t know what happened why didn’t update yet.

If you could please reach out to us at support@trackmyvisanow.com, we’d love the opportunity to look into this and see if there is a technical error on our side or if the USCIS API is not including your approval in your case status history. Doing so will ensure we can properly remedy the problem for future customers.

Edit: We spoke with this customer and confirmed that the approval has not been added by USCIS to their API, which is why our system still shows their case as “RFER”. This is a rare USCIS error and completely out of our control, but we reported the issue to USCIS so they are aware of the discrepancy.
