I would give it 0 stars, actually. I had the same experience as others. Saw this too-good-to-be-real ad on Facebook and stupidly ordered without checking the company. Waited over a month tracking the package from China, said it was delivered but it never did. Contacted the company (glowfitz) and they offered to reship. Not a chance. I chalk this up to a lesson learned the hard way. Bye-bye $$.

Fake site that buys time before you report the fraud. Package never arrived but they make you think you are following it so that it becomes too late for you to report the fraudulent site that they partner with. In this case the site was an exact duplicate of the Roland Garros store site and they popped up while watching the finals with discounts, which seemed plausible since it was the last day and they would want to unload stuff.

I have been waiting over a month to get my package from this company using this tracking site. Now as I look around I can see as everybody this is a skin and I will notify BBB also my car company to get my money back the last I heard my package was in Los Angeles waiting to be shipped here. I ordered from china supposed from Carthage 28 days ago I live in Colton ca and the logistics center is 2 miles from home I received an email from the department saying my order was delivered today 6/302025 at 5pm afternoon in the address I will send of my home I received nothing I asked to my neighbors and nobody seems nothing is a complete scam now I don't know what to do any advice please please.

Scam. Placed an order for a gift for my daughter's first birthday via a website masquerading as Costco. Money taken and no item delivered. Have been in touch with my bank to recoup the cost. Beware.

Orderd Sorel boots from SA-Sorel website. Exact cloned website of sorel. On payment I could not transact and it directed me to a "secure" payment site which directly took the money. Received a payment receipt from app.link.com from Fashion Capital LLC. After I sent an email to the site complaining that no invoice was sent or order confrimation i received a reply from Fatma abouhashima payment@fashioncapitalmallwith a courier tracking link using Track718. This link updates daily showing the false movement of the parcel. They buy time for you not to stop or alert the bank of the fraudulant transaction.

The company I ordered from was a scam - GLITSHINE supposedly sent my orders and the tracking was through Track678. When they were marked as delivered and never really showed up, they claimed to send them again and used Track718, which is also a scam site. I had two orders that never arrived.

I give this tracker 718 zero ratings it is a fake tracking company and also the sellers who sell stuff and give you tracking numbers to this site. It's fake it is not legit. I repeat it is not legit report this site as soon as you can.

Ordered some wireless cameras, obviously didn’t arrive. First delivery they claimed to have delivered on Eastern Sunday… well that was highly believable, scammers said they would send a parcel again and again nothing delivered. Fact that you facilitate scammers to scam people is not ok dudes.
