They automaticly renew your subscrition…
Edit: I have recieved the refund. It took a month. If you are to try out Total Password, remember to cancel before renewal, or ask for a better deal.
They automatically renew your subscrition at ridiculous prices. When you try to cancel and contact them you will only get auto generated responds from generic names like Aaron Mills, Joshua Hilton etc, all saying your money is on the way. Tomorrow its been 1 month of e-mails and no human interaction. Contacting them is also a nightmare, as i had to go to trustpilot to even get their information.
The product itself is under par, and for me it took less time to write the password manually.
