This review is about Total finesse in Chester:
Not worth the money for the following reasons:
1- Their parking spaces are so narrow that coming out or going in your car will inevitably make your car door hit next car and the others do the same to your car. So except damage on your car
2. The shower is SOOO cold. and the sensors are set that they automatically stop after few seconds and wont start until at least 40 seconds passed so you standing in the cold and waiting.
Shower experience is part of overall experience. currently the shower urines all positive experience from the gym.
So like it cold and some like it hot. Why total fitness doesn't use a system in which people can adjust the hot/cold water for themselves?
Secondly Why they use sensor which is UTTERLY frustrating
3. The toilets are often dirty and no paper in them.
4. Benches in the changing room are just few and people struggle to find a place to sit or put their bags on.

Urgent action needed: Warmer water and GET RiD of the SENSORS in the showers

They even don't deserve a single star. They are good in taking money, but not good at all to do their job.
We paid spare parts needed for the equipment in February and they kept us waiting. In June we still don't have them and they keep apologizing with very nice (good marketing!) words, however the facts don't follow.

Had a total gym 1000, best ever
New one. Garbage. Too small. Doesn't do the height the old one did. Doesn't flow. Waste of money. Was it chinese made for leprechauns or like my last one made in USA. Total gym should not market product through TV Shop they have such a bad reputation and deservedly so. 2nd review ever. So disgusted
