Scam charges from Total AV

Just recently received email regarding a renew charge of £140 for Total AV on my mobile but not on my computer. Trust this is scam and reported as such. If there is a charge of that amount, please refund immediately as I will cancel.

Last time I will use this antivirus…

Last time I will use this antivirus software which is a shame as their product is excellent. However, once you subscribe to their services, they will retain your payment information and make multiple attempts to withdraw a (significantly higher!) renewal amount regardless of whether or not you wish to continue using their product! I have had my bank card blocked and this is impacting on day-to-day spending because my bank perceives this transaction as 'fraudulent' and places a block on my card. I have emailed numerous times and received no satisfaction and the company continue to retain my payment information, despite me asking to have this removed.
