Dark Green Foldable Eyeglass Case
I ordered the Dark Green Foldable Eyeglass case, but my glasses were a tight fit; however, my husband’s glasses fit in the case just fine, but he preferred the Gray color, so I emailed the company asking if I could make an exchange. It was going to cost $15.00 to do that. Erdi Balta, the owner, offered to send me the gray color at a cost of $20.00, and I didn’t even have to return the dark green case. Let me say that again. I didn’t have to return the dark green case, so my husband now has two cases. I was absolutely floored. Who does that nowadays? I highly recommend Toronata.

Paid about $80 for a phone case. Placed an order realize it was the wrong size contacted Customer service asked them to send the correct size. They still mailed me the incorrect size even after I reached out. When I reached out, they said they would send me a new one with the correct size. I returned my case and they never sent me the updated phone case. So I basically gave them $80 for no product customer service and the owner never be heard from again. Totally fraudulent.

I love your product, but you have to improve your customer support performance. All is great when there are not any problems, however the inability to provide support other than chat is not complimenting your sales. The return policy is fairly disorganized and service overall seems to be where you need to focus significantly on to achieve positive results.

My case is the book type, the leather, stitching and its design is of very high quality. The magnets are nice and strong and the fit to my IPhone 15 is perfect. All of the side buttons work without having to use any extra finger force. If I get a different IPhone, I will buy this brand again.

Case does not work with magsafe
I bought an iphone 16 pro max case. The looks are ok. But it does nog work with the magsafe charger (original apple magsafe). That is a shame.
