My cleaner works as expected and I am pleased with it. When I ordered, the T adapter was not available and was to be sent to me later. Eventually, they ended sending a whole new machine but still no T adapter. Throughout this process, I was in contact via email with Catherine from customer service and her service has been top notch. Now waiting for the T adapter.

TOPCPAPCLEANER has gone above and beyond with their customer service. I had bought one of their systems for my wife for a Christmas present and unfortunately she decided she did not want to keep it. I requested a return authorization and was immediately issues a credit after which I was told I could just keep the unit. Congrats on your excellent customer service and for what is surely a great disinfecting system as well. I will encourage my wife to use it in light of your generosity. I have been in customer service for 45 years and I know from experience that this is the kind of thing that develops loyal customers

We ordered the C-pap cleaner and sanitizer for Christmas. We charged the unit and have been able to use it 4 times. It has helped with the freshness of the air in the C-pap masks and hoses. We don't wake up with the stuffiness we used to have. We clean the masks/machine in the morning and do not notice an ozone smell when we go to bed. So far it has been a great purchase.

Simple to order, quick to ship, and easy to use. I ordered one for myself and one for a friend. We are both very satisfied with the 03 cleaner and would recommend this to everyone.

I have now waited 30+ days on an order. I had to escalate with PayPal only to have them send a tracking number that shows it shipped to Rochester NY - not at all the address on the order. It would have taken them 1 minute to actually look at the order/tracking before continued delays. Hoping to get a refund before I have to escalate via PayPal. Should have known better and used my AMEX card to keep it simpler.
