Purchased through TopCashback and had to submit a claim for cashback. After waiting for 2 weeks, TopCashback came back that the Retailer rejected the claim because "The order was fully or partially canceled, changed or returned."
I told them that I never cancel or make change to the order and my subscription is still active. I told customer service that I can provide proof with the invoice and my subscription status. They came back with " Unfortunately, the retailer has declined your cashback claim. While we don’t receive specific details this often happens due to one or more of the following:"

No customer service at all when encountering a payout issue
I requested a payment out via AE virtual reward card. While I have received three emails from Topcashback ( one is from vcdelivery.com on behalf of topcashback), none of them provided the reward card information, and the one from vcdelivery showed a link that requires card number and expiration date to login….. how can I get any of those from the three blank email. Tried to contact topcashback and vcdelivery and none of them are responsive. AND, no support can be found in both websites…..VERY FRUSTRATED!

It is much better than capitol one, rakuten, honey etc. Those are scammy and have reduced benefits. Also they sometimes try to hijack your session to earn cashboack for themselves without giving anything to you. Topcashback doesn't engage in such shady tactics and almost always has a higher payout than the others.

My cash back was prompt. They keep you updated unlike Extrabux which is a scam in my experience. Also cash back is more than most of the other apps I use.

I still can't access my account.
I have not been able to access my account for over 25 days.
topcashback no longer responds to my emails.
I made 9 reservations through Booking and they won't let me access my account.
Don't trust this company.
