I had a problem with 2 orders which got separated and 1 order never delivered. Five months later still trying to get a refund for the order which never arrived. It is a waste a money, just get a merchandise from Amazon, who have their things together all the time! Loved my Amazon! Thank you.

My order was with RPM Hardware. Had I known this is a front for Toolots I would not have ordered. I have had past experiences with Toolots where a valid warranty claim was denied and Toolots refused to correct product that was delivered damaged.

Terrible company, a -1 would not justify. Christine sometimes answers as someone else. She has been covering for their bankruptcy ever since they filed last year. She will say she is contacting the warehouse about your item. The one that she can not talk to but they will one day respond back to her. Your item does not exist and there is no one there to feel guilty as they should all be in jail. Including Christine who constantly lies and puts the buyer off as long as she can. Many items toolots has for sale do not exist as they cycle the money they collect.
For all purposes that are a closed company just defrauding the last of the consumers they can. File with your bank for a refund as you may never see it from Toolots.

Two weeks since I ordered and no email regarding my purchase or shipping info. When I call I'm given excuses and told something will be done but doesn't.

Promised shipping 11 days ago. Called everyday and we will ship tomorrow was the answer. Nothing happened. Next the same story of our warehouse moved to Riverside, wait, wait , wait. I said I would pick up several times and no one would ever get back to me. I started my research!
Because of the Toolots bankruptcy filings last year I question if the inventory is even there or if they are cycling the money to keep investors off their back while they sell what they have left. They collect money for items they don't have until the customer files with their bank to get a refund.
What it looks like?
Toolots opened under another name called Bolton tools that operates under the same web page. This would only be done to sifer off funds from the toolots payments to steal from their own investors while they are forced into complete bankruptcy and are forced to close. Pocket what you can!

One week and still waiting for in-stock item to ship. Called them after five days and they promised to ship following day because they were transferring warehouses(?). That didn’t happen and they won’t reply to emails.
Starting to think this store is fake and need to consider a claim w my credit card.
Stay away, very far away.

Trying to avoid the complete bankruptcy? It looks inevitable. When your warehouse does not respond back to your administration for 3 days you should probably consider that you are in real trouble. For 3 business day I have been trying to find out if what I ordered even exist. Or if it is going to ship. There is no warehouse response of the product shipping on the order. You order tracking customer service desk has emailed the warehouse for 5 days and they have not responded back.

Well I ordered the product and waited over 2 weeks with no shipping update so reached out only to find out that it was out of stock and was never informed. Cancelled the order and I am still waiting on my refund, 4 weeks after canceling the order. Going on month three from original order date and I’m still waiting on my refund so I can look elsewhere for a replacement.

Easy order - very fast shipping. Don't think I have ever received an LTL shipment that fast. The order was shipped the next day and tracking provided. Easy to contact you by phone with questions too!

I bought a grill from Toolots and paid almost a thousand dollars for the grill and shipping. I had purchased the grill for live cooking at a catering event we had scheduled for a customer. Two days prior to planned event we received the grill, however, the grill delivered was damaged. I called Toolots and informed them about the damage. A case was opened and I was asked to send pictures which I did immediately. I also asked them to resolve the matter asap and deliver another grill via expedited shipping so that we could have it in time for the catering event. The rep (Christine) told me that the matter is escalated and will be dealt with in an expedient manner. The truth is they did not even get back to me in time and responded only after I sent a follow up email inquiring about the status. Christine replied and offered to pay $80 as a compensation for the damaged grill.

It is important to note here that I purchased a brand new grill and did not pay for a used or damaged one so I told them the offer they made was unacceptable and requested for a full refund (grill cost+shipping). Since I have followed up multiple times but haven’t heard back from them.

Based on this experience, I can only call this company to be unethical with very poor customer service. And I urge everyone through this review to do your due diligence before you purchase anything from this outfit.

The product was ordered a month ago, and was out of stock, but we weren't told that. If I hadn't called, we would never have known what happened to our order. We were charged for it on our charge card right away, though. Hopefully we will get a refund, though that is going to take 2 weeks.

This company is a scam. I put in two orders in Aug of 2024, All I've received was the run around. The excuse is that "several of the items were on back order". After several weeks on the same excuse I finally asked to speak with a manager. Just get disconnected. My credit card was charged and so far I've not received an any items nor a refund. Be warned you'll never receive anything from this company, it's a ripped off.

Your website lists out of stock items, allows customers to order them, charges their credit card, and only after calling customer service, you admit that the item is not available. This happened to me twice. You wasted a week of my time. I still have not received the refunds (order numbers 44270 and 100303462).
