She quickly arranged a replacement, and the new unit works much better. While a small amount of low-level noise is to be expected, it's no longer distracting at all.

I recently was sent the UDS043 USB-C by TobenONE and it was much more surprising than I thought. Designed for the MacBook, I actually use it with my iPad Pro and an external screen. It's a prefect second workstation to my primary and it allowed me to tap into ethernet and also add peripherals to my iPad, making it an actual work product.

It kind of works. Not great if you use Adobe products.
I find this dock glitchy. Whenever I am using an Adobe program, my monitor goes black intermittently. Annoying since it's what I use for a living. I already checked cables so it's not a connection issue. Not enough power running through the USB ports.

Adobe software tends to use a lot of system resources and requires high-speed data transfers, which can push USB-C docks beyond their limits. If your laptop’s CPU is also working hard, it can add to the instability. We’d recommend trying a Thunderbolt dock with higher bandwidth to see if that helps smooth things out.

I bought the UDS030 docking station on 7th March and after few months, it wasn't able to project the second monitor due to power adapter issue of the Monitor. Tobenone was kind enough to send me a replacement unit. I found the issue at my end and they were kind enough to understand that. I would recommend the product and the company as their customer service is amazing.
