TNT Strength helps people get in great shape in two 30-minute workouts per week. Our mission is to promote health and prevent disease through evidence-based strength training. TNT Strength began as a podcast in 2017 that was co-hosted by the founders Liam Bauer and Jesse Schmidt. The podcast is still produced and available for free on Apple and Spotify. TNT Strength's business began as an online company during the pandemic lockdown of 2020. The first brick and mortar location opened in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, CA in April 2021. TNT Strength is committed to world-class service and hires only personal trainer coaches with degrees in exercise science or a related field.
