Absolutely Incredible!
I've bought items from TKTX for a few years now and their products are literally the only thing strong enough to get me through my 5 hour black work sessions. The cream really, REALLY pulls its weight. I've got a lot more tattoo work to do so this is the only place I feel like I can trust for numbing creams that help me make it through long sessions that would otherwise be brutal. So glad this place and these products exist.

NO SHOW - WHERES THE ORDER?!
The products are great and work really well… When they actually come! customer service is poor. I ordered 5 tubes a month ago and still haven’t seen any sign of them, after trying to contact them back I’ve had no luck at all in getting a response! C’mon now TKTX. Get your act together….

I received your TKTX 38% Gold product, and while the packaging seems authentic, the ingredient list shows no active anesthetic components (no lidocaine, no prilocaine, no benzocaine).
This is unacceptable for a product marketed as “38% extra strong”.
I demand a full refund or a replacement with a properly formulated product, or I will open a dispute with my payment provider and report your store for false advertising.

TKTX Black is a game changer for tattoos!
Just had a tattoo using TKTX Black as numbing cream, and it was unbelievable what a difference it made. I had previously had to get my tattoo artist to stop my session, as it was just too painful with the colour packing on my lower back. I returned a month later with the TKTX Black. I was very nervous as I didn’t think it would work. and I was dreading a repeat of the pain.
But the effectiveness of TKTX Black was unbelievable. My tattooist had already started work and I thought he hadn’t started yet! I barely felt a thing throughout the 3 hour session, even when I could see how much pressure he was applying during the colour packing. This product is a total game changer and I would never again have a tattoo without TKTX Black. I am so grateful. Thank you with all my heart, as I could not have got my tattoo finished without this.

COMPAGNY MAKING THREATS BY TEXT AND MAIL
They claim to ship orders the day after they're placed. I placed my order on April 17th, the next business day is the 18th, and it's now the 22nd, and I still haven't received anything.
They're only good at taking your money without arranging delivery. Run away! Give your money to other, more reliable sellers.

We are suprised of this review! You have ordered on 17/4, we always ship the next business day, 18/4 is a holiday, 19 and 20/4 weekend, 21/4 holiday, so the tracking was added on 22/4 as promised.
You have send two emails and several DM's every day which we all responded thus seeing this review caught us by suprise
Anyway, we still hope you can enjoy the product and next time please order on time or buy express shipping, the shipping times are stated on the website and the appointment for a tattoo is mostly many weeks later, don't wait untill the last moment!
