I decided to purchase a Titan sauna for portability reasons. Since I travel every week and am in different regions of the United States, I decided to purchase the Sauna Pro. It fulfills its role anywhere in the country, whether in the cold of Alaska or the heat of Miami. Product of absurd quality, congratulations to the entire Titan team.

The attention to detail shows that the company really cares about the customer. I bought a Triumph XL because I'm around 6'4'' and I felt very comfortable inside the ice bath.

I will tell you a little about my experience in two stages: Before Titan and After Titan: Before Titan: I was always a tennis player who liked to put the ball in play (serve and volley doesn't work for me), so I always liked to run a lot all over the court. After all my matches, I always had problems with muscle recovery, because every match I gave it my all... Over time I started to have problems with this, because I participated in regional tournaments and always managed to get past 2 or 3 matches, but when I got to the 4th or 5th match, my legs couldn't handle playing for 5 days in a row (you play one match a day, if you win your match), and this went on for many, many years... and the problem was always the same, it took a long time for my legs to recover. After Titan: After I started doing 10 minutes of Cold Plunge every day (and 15 to 20 minutes on days when I have tennis matches), my results improved 100% on the court, I can now reach championship finals (around 6 to 7 matches) and I am very happy with that. My sincere thanks to Titan for being able to help me improve my physical performance in my games. I highly recommend you invest in this type of product, it is truly incredible.

Titan really cares about the consumer and delivers the product you see on the website, and this is very important to me, because since we are buying online, it is easy for a company to show us a beautiful and spectacular product but when it arrives at your home it is completely the opposite. I am happy that Titan is not that type of company and always acts with great honesty.

I ordered the 1/3 hp pump and chiller. The unit arrived quickly. I assembled everything, attaching it to a different brand ice bath i had previously purchased. Everything went together great! However, when I turned it on, the pump wouldn’t pump water through the chiller and seemed to have a small drip of water coming out. I messaged Titan. They requested a photo/video. Just from the video i sent, they were able to troubleshoot, make a recommendation (twisted gasket in pump filter), and the problem was solved. They had offered to send a replacement filter, but this was much faster and solved the issue real fast. I have used the cold plunge almost daily since and absolutely love it!
