Tineco vacuum mop
Didn’t think the vacuum mop would work as good as it did, after vacuuming and mopping the floor I used. The Tineco and was it a surprise, the Tineco vacuum mop picked up what the others left behind. The water was black in the machine. At first I thought it was a gimmick but after cleaning a second time the water was clear, this machine works exactly as advertised, no gimmick and cleans the floor better than any others. Great product.

Do not buy this brand.. we bought one in 2021. broken within 2 years ,. new replacement broken within 1.5 years. their service centre can not do anything with it... they don't have repairing centre in UK so we have to bin it.. we did not use it very often as keep in spare room ..

I had my tineco vacuum for over a year and it works fine but for some reason a simple problem happened and it wasn’t fixable. Which is weird because I thought when I sent it to you guys would get it back fixed but instead I got half my money back instead of all my money back. Useless Purchase
I bought the Tineco FLOOR ONE SWITCH S7 Wet Dry Vacuum. On delivery, I figured out that there was only one battery for the two appliances. I don't have a big house, so I was hoping that the battery would last long enough so I can vacuum and clean my house with only one battery. But even with a small house, I need to manage carefully the battery to complete one task. So I can only vacuum or only clean my house with one battery. The battery takes 4 to 5 hours to charge, so I can't vacuum and clean my floor the same day. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!! I paid $CAN1000 to need 2 days a week to clean my floor, that's the worst deal ever. And if I wait too long to clean it after I vacuumed, there is dust again, so the job isn't well done. So, I told to myself, I absolutely need to buy another battery, so I didn't spend that much money for something that much useless. BUT NO, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE! Tineco doesn't sell extra battery, impossible to find one and when we ask for it, Tineco answer with no shame that it's not possible. THE WORST PURCHASE AND THE WORST SERVICE EVER :(

Great steam vacuum
Great steam vacuum. Wonderful self-cleaning and easy to manually clean. Works great Cleaning. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the roller had scrubbing brushes on it.
The scrubbing brushes would make it a perfect vacuum mop.
