Overpriced and bad customer service

Although this seems to be the official F1 Ticket store, they sell tickets more expensive than they actually are (the real ticket price can be seen on the actual ticket). Additionally their customer service is extremely low reactive. I had to call multiple times, sent multiple emails and WhatsApp's and only received a reply after three weeks. I can only recommend all of you to buy F1 tickets directly from the track where the Grand Prix is happening, as it will be way less expensive there.

Formula1.com Tickets - Allocate Worst Seats, Dismissive Customer Services

Booked tickets for the Imola GP this weekend, through Formula1.com Ticket Store as really want to see Lewis Hamilton race for Ferrari in Italy - you think its going to be a reputable company as it claims to be the Official Formula1.com, but it's not an official ticket seller at all, its a re-seller and charges way above ticket face value (not that there's anywhere on their website that tells you this). Bought and paid for the tickets in Partenza 3 Grandstand, but website says that the seats are allocated around a week before the event. Turns out our seats are so low down that we have a barrier and a mesh fence directly in front of us, and limited track view (according to the Online chat at the actual circuit). I've paid over £1700 for two tickets and am so disappointed. Called F1.com 'Customer Services' to complain to be told nothing can be done and advised to try going to the ticket office at the track to see if they can do anything, or look for any spare seats higher up in the grandstand (Italian GP, there won't be any!). Then an apparently higher up person said she will have to look into it as she doesn't know the track layout and will email me back. Of course no email as yet, with 4 days to go, and from reading others' experiences, I don't expect anything will be done at all. So disappointed in this company, totally misleading, take your money and then give you the worst possible seats. Lesson learned, I will never use them again - Please always book direct and avoid the misleading Formula1.com 'Official' company.

This is the worst experience I have

This is the worst experience I have had. This company is a joke! They have falsely advertised on their website that 1 day and 2 day tickets are sold out. They only had 3 day tickets available which I purchased 9. I have checked with F1 Saudi Arabia and they have lots of tickets available for 1 day 2 day and many more. I was told they don’t sell 1 day or 2 days and they only sell tickets for 3 days. But they show on line they are not available and make it look like they were sold. I will be taking legal action and suing them. Do not use this company!!!! The customer service is so dreadful. They have not issued my tickets and I told them to cancel my order. I am demanding a full refund!

Today I bought tickets for F1 in Barcelona on the official website. After purchasing I started receiving advertising from other sites with tickets for the same stand for 30% less. how is it possible?
the websites are: goo tickets, P1 travel and motosports tickets.

AVOID. DO NOT BUY. SCAM

Purchased F1 TV Access as I wanted to watch the formula 1 races online.
Only to be informed after contacting customer services that if you live in Ireland you cannot watch the races.
I requested a refund and only after I mentioned I would take this matter further to a solicitor if they did not refund my money, they refunded me. That speaks for itself - complete scam.
Please do not allow yourself to be scammed by the likes of these people. Go elsewhere and use an alternative site.

Customer Protection Utterly Absent

Since this is officially affiliated with the Formula 1 website, you'd expect some level of customer service.

I bought tickets for Spain 2023 and almost immediately afterwards realised I had a date clash and couldn't use them.

I posted a message (within 2 days) asking for the order to be cancelled. This has simply been ignored. I can see the message, but there's no acknowledgement. That's my money gone into a hole in the ground.

The company is based in Monaco, so the normal customer protections you'd expect are absent.

I think Formula 1 should be ashamed to be associated with this. I wish I'd read Trustpilot beforehand.

Terrible company - avoid

Terrible company. I assumed being the "Official" ticket site would mean a good service. I had an alert set up to notify me when Belgian GP tickets were available and immediately spent a lot of money on 2 seats at Au Rouge - for a special birthday treat. A few months later I had an email to say that we've been moved - to a grand stand in the middle of the straight - not a place we would EVER choose to sit. No amount of complaining helped and the only explanation given was "it's a sell out" - so why did they give MY tickets to someone else??. They claimed that the grandstand was the same value and my only other option was to have my money back - but we had planned our trip and wanted to go.

Poor customer service, don’t waste your money and look elsewhere.

Bought tickets directly from the F1 store online expecting them to have decent seats, on previous occasions we purchased them through third parties. Initially the service seemed good and was straightforward. We attended the Austrian GP 2022 and the seats we were allocated were of a restricted view (we have proof in pictures, people are literally standing in front of us blocking the view and there are railings which are part of the stands in the way), we were not informed of this or given a chance to say no to these seats. I contacted the ticket store, it took weeks for anyone to contact me and this is after the second time I tried to contact them. A person called Maria asked me to send pictures when they finally responded and her response was the tickets are non refundable, I chose to email back and explain that I should have been told of the restricted view and they should be sold at a lower price like in theatres if this is the case or allow us to reject the seats. They came back and explained the tickets were non refundable and that she had spoken to her manager who ‘knows the circuit well’ (proof in email) and says the seats weren’t restricted even with me showing them proof! She also said there was a big tv screen in front of us, if we wanted to watch it on tv I would have stayed at home.

Bottom line is don’t purchase directly from the store, these people make way too much money to care about anyone, we spent over £600 on these tickets you’d think you receive better customer service or at least want repeat customers. There was no goodwill gesture or anything, the aftercare is extremely poor as indicated by previous reviews. I have had better care from third party providers.

Belgian Grand Prix child ticket…

Belgian Grand Prix child ticket shambles or scam?
We bought tickets in December 2020 in the hope that we could attend the Belgian Grand Prix in Spa. The tickets were a special birthday treat for our 15 year old who, like many, had an awful time during lockdown.
As travel advice is still confusing we called F1 to understand our options . Result: unless you are double vaxed you can’t go. As our son is 15 he isn’t vaxed. No refund or postponement (our preferred choice) options.
Absolutely disgusting and rude representative on the phone who actually said “many children from the U.K. are doubled vaccinated” - unbelievable.
