Poor experience! Purchased airline ticket. Got order number, but not a booking confirmation. Got the message, that booking might take up to 12 hours. Over 12 hours passed, no response re status of my booking. Sent email to inquire about status of my booking. No response. Right now trying calling to customer service, and on hold…on hold and again on hold… I’m very frustrated and stressed dealing with this company poor customer service. At this point, I don’t know what are my next steps?

GIVE IT A SHOT!
I used this site to rebook a flight from Switzerland to U.S. one week in advance. I got an AMAZING deal.
A few notes:
1) This is an aggregator, so my bookings needed to be managed through two different airlines. Initially, I wasn’t clear on the actual confirmation number (hint, it was without the two letters preceding the dash). I couldn’t locate my flights right away …
2) Some of the contact options/web forms didn’t work for me, but I called the customer service number and got everything sorted out quickly. My advice is to check in and confirm that with a live person as soon as the booking is confirmed via email (took about an hour).
3) In order to get the flight discount, the service often has to add other bookings, which appear under the confirmation number but will be removed once the flight segment completes. Weird, but trust the process.
Now that I have figured all of this out, I will DEFINITELY use this service moving forward.
