I ordered shirts for my business, and after wearing them once, the color faded in a few spots. No longer good enough to wear to see clients. The polo was a Gildan Softstyle Pique Polo.

Workmanship was great!

The workmanship was excellent, and I really appreciated the broad range of products available, especially being able to order single items without a minimum. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward. My only slight disappointment was with how some of the logo colors turned out—they tended to blend into the garment colors more than I’d hoped, making them hard to see, particularly on camera. I had noted in my instructions that I was willing to pay for additional logo colors to ensure the designs would pop, and was hoping for more collaborative guidance there. That said, it’s also a learning experience for me on how to approach these kinds of orders in the future.

Unpleasant experience that ruined our event

Customer service was the most unpleasant team I've ever met. Our nonprofit event was ruined due to a mistake made by her customer support team, and her response to the situation was so awful I want the world to know how bad of an experience I had with thread logic.

Got the rare personal touch that made everything great.

Took a bit of back and forth to get the items that were in stock and available, and Stephanie S. walked me through every nuance and detail to get the order just perfect. She was an absolute treasure to work with and I'd come back again and again given that great interaction. I should also share that I had changed to ThreadLogic on a prior order after starting with a competitor. The competitor could not handle my color logo and turned it to white on dark shirts - one color. Thread logic added a white banner that brings out all the colors beautifully and looks great - better than expected. I've now placed two orders, both were the same great look and quality, and I'm working on a third.
