We’ve made a number of updates over the years to improve durability, function, and compatibility with newer devices. That said, we completely understand how customers can develop a preference for older models they’ve used for years.

Much better TV stand
I needed to squeeze a new counter tv under a kitchen cabinet. TO's mount was about a 1/2" shorter than the factory mount while looking 100% better and lowering the center of gravity. So glad we found the Thought Out Company...

I purchased their PED5-COIL-H iPhone stand to use in my Porsche Cayenne - it fit the bill perfectly.. I needed something that wouldn’t block the vents or take up one of the cup holders and fit into the center console “ashtray”. Liked it so much, I asked if they offered a double-ended holder (two devices),they didn’t but offered to make one for me. It came within a week!

People were helpful. Somehow my purchase was sent to the wrong address across town. It was corrected but then had to go pick it up from ups station. I had to go twice they did not have it 1st time I went even tho I had the stub from ups. It was a real hassle. Your product had to be returned because it was the wrong size.
