I just received an email that I switched to them, and I DIDN'T. This is fraud, and I will contact DLC on Monday to stop them. Because of this sneaky tactic, I will never go to their company. A class lawsuit needs to be placed ASAP!

I live in a state that this company does not service and they tried to scam my card with a $200 charge. They are a fraud and scam. I will be reporting to appropriate agencies in TX and CT where headquartered. The bank has closed my account because of your carelessness in not verifying if I am an actual customer which I am not as I live in a state not serviced for your company. I noticed that you use bait and switch tactics in other companies on trust pilot site. I will not deal with you directly as I dont want any of my information with your company.

I’m really pleased with my experience using Think Energy. My advisor is local, easy to reach, and always takes time to answer my questions—which makes a big difference. I’ve never enjoyed handing over my hard-earned money to utility companies, but with this program, I feel like I actually have some control over my bill. Definitely recommend checking it out if you want a more affordable and personal energy option.

My sweet 80 year old Uncle got scammed…
My sweet 80 year old Uncle got scammed by this company. He is not saving any money, never got the $100 gift card. They did not send him a paper bill for 3 months then started calling him demanding the money. He does not do anything online, he's old school. I honestly do not know how these people sleep at night.

Excellent Service and Results
Think Energy has been absolutely amazing for my household. Prior to enrolling, we were paying in the range of $300-$450 every month and living out of payment plans month to month. We have now been a customer for 11 months and have saved a couple thousand dollars over an 11-month span. Most of all, it didn't cost us any thing to get started or throughout the tenure of our plan. We love the service!

Utilities mlm scam
I was told to sign up by a friend to get money off my electric bill. I signed up and canceled within a week. I received a debt collection bill of over $400 from Think Energy today. I had received zero communication from the company prior to the bill i received. Think Energy is nothing but a glorified MLM

Hello Alex. Our records show that you were a customer of ours, receiving electric supply, between April 2024 and January 2025. This would have been reflected on the supply portion of your Utility bill. In the state where you live, when you pay your Utility bill, the Utility collects the delivery portion first and pays the supplier second. So, if the portion you paid didn't cover the entire bill, your bill would not have been paid in full. As you are no longer a customer with Think, the collection agency is attempting to collect the balance owing for the supply charges. We wish you all the best.

The $100 gift card offer is an absolute scam. I set a calendar reminder to apply at the six-month mark, only to be told I had to wait longer. After waiting a few more weeks, I reapplied, only to be told the offer had expired. It’s beyond deceptive—it’s downright pathetic. A company resorting to such cheap tricks to avoid honoring a simple promotion is astonishing. I’ll be switching to another supplier, even if it costs more. Avoid this company at all costs, they are unethical.
