The back of my phone was crack
The back of my phone was crack. No cracks in the front. There was a little dot on the edge of the front phone screen. Everything electronically on the phone worked perfectly. They down graded the phone from cracked glass to broken which result in a decrease in worth from $75 to $25. I think this was a lot of crap. The phone worked perfectly except for the back glass being cracked. I don't think this is fair.

There is damage to the LCD. We are clear in the description of the cracked glass condition that the display must not have any damage. A display can not be repaired, only replaced. This makes a very large difference in the value of a device. If there had not been damage to the display, then your device would have qualified for cracked glass. But unfortunately, there was damage. We offer to return the device at our expense when you disagree with our assessment.

Scratches on screen brought offer down way too much. If they took $30 off I would have been ok with it but they took off too much. I should have sold elsewhere.

I have to just say that I’m incredibly impressed and now I know why the name of the company is the whiz. They received my order and within three hours of receiving my order they had a graded approved and then they sent me the payment link which was instantly transferred to my bank account. I’m incredibly happy it was the easiest one I’ve had yet.

I made the mistake of sending my phone here. My phone was in great condition and was quoted 148 before and after they had it $59. I should of sold it on order up. I do not recommend this place. After looking at reviews they have pulled this on a lot of people.

We understand that sometimes buyers and sellers do not agree on pricing. That is why we pay for the shipping to us and the shipping back to you if you disagree. You agreed with the new offer and we paid you out immediately. All buyback companies have reviews like yours. We are very proud of our of overall customer satisfaction. Most every review site is at least 4 stars average, with most being closer to 4.5. Again, I am sorry you are unhappy. The option for us to send it back to you at our expense was on the table but you did not opt for that.

I had the same problem as other reviewers state below. They quote you a good price, and then reduce the price of the phone significantly, by flat out lying, after they receive your phone. Never again.
