My experience with The Wax Removal Co. was seamless.

Ever since this procedure was dropped by the NHS, I’ve struggled to find an affordable and quality service to have my ear wax removed. The Wax Removal Co. provided just that.

The procedure was performed by Ritu and was quick and painless. She talked me through each step in detail and made the whole experience very straightforward.

I would highly recommend this service.

I would highly recommend The Wax Removal Co! Ritu was fantastic at making me feel at ease as it was my first time having it done. She was very gentle and lovely to talk to during the procedure, all the while being incredibly professional.

I was very impressed with the difference I felt once I had the wax removed - Ritu really is brilliant at what she does.

Booked in for an ear health check this week as I've had some issues with my hearing. After the initial check it was clear that I had quite a lot of wax so I decided to get both ears cleaned. Can really tell the difference and Ritu was so lovely, I'll definitely be coming back for more regular checks!

I had my ears cleaned by Ritu last week and my hearing is so much better now!

She made me feel completely at ease and made sure all the wax was removed during the appointment, stopping to give me breakfast throughout.

Anne - I was a bit unsure of what to expect as hadn't had this process done before but all steps and processes were explained fully which made me feel more relaxed and comfortable. Painless process delivered quickly and smoothly. I can now hear everything again as have struggled for so long with limited hearing until now. What a big difference this has made to me and I can hear my family and the television again now. Thanks so much I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I’m really nervous with getting my ears done after having a couple of problems. I have to get them cleaned regularly but I hate going into the shop so I tend to put it off. The home visit really helped make me feel more at ease, l have booked in for my next appointment and looking forward to a chit chat. Lovely girl.

My dad is 86 and not easy to please , however, this lovely lady came to my dad's house and made him feel totally at ease. He needed both of his ears treated and she made him feel relaxed and chatted to him throughout the whole process which was different to what he has been used to. This method used suction rather than blasting the ears with solution , which my dad much preferred as he said it wasn't as messy and an altogether more pleasant experience.
The home service was perfect for my dad as it took away the worry, stress and hassle and he couldn't praise the lady enough.
Highly recommended.
