Received wrong colour

Received wrong colour, now its my problem to return. Return cost from Oz to UK is $32. Should have read reviews here first, their return policy is restrictive and the buyer bears all the risk and cost.

No refund after 2 months

Returned a watch strap over two months ago. Chased and was advised they would process the refund. Still no refund. Company not replying to my emails. No phone number on website to call. I would 100% NOT recommend this company.

£50 watch strap in rose gold discolours…

£50 watch strap in rose gold discolours to a horrid dirty yellow after just a few wears so no longer matches the watch it was bought for. Company do not want to know and will not speak to you, only respond by email refusing any exchange or refunds. Avoid at all costs, cheap product despite slick packaging and website, dont be fooled

Please avoid at all costs

Please avoid at all costs. Overnight shipping took 5 days. Sent back the next day. Took nearly 2 months to get a refund but only because PayPal paid me back. Every time I spoke to the company they acknowledged they received my product and told me a refund was coming. It never did. Then they ghosted me. Horrible service. I spent over £150 and it took nearly 2 whole months to see any of that money back. I can’t stand dishonest companies like this. Predators plain as.

Don’t even deserve one star

Don’t even deserve one star. Won’t except the watch strap back because i open the packet. Extremely poor quality the leather is poor quality and the magnets don’t grip tight on your wrist. Can’t believe I’ve wasted my money. Please do not order from these scum !!!

Purchased a strap for my apple watch…Please do not wast your money

Purchased a strap for my apple watch ultra
Great Fast delivery (next day) opened fancy packaging to find strap would not fit at all into the watch locking system . Tried for several minutes before the actual strap lock system fell apart in my hand . Terrible build quality . I then look up returns policy to find because i had taken the strap out of the anti tamper plastic packaging I am no longer entitled to a refund , and sending the strap back would only cost me more money especially as they basically say record delivery.
Looking up reviews i discover many more similar complaints from other customers who many have had no refund so i am not throwing more good money down the drain.

Avoid

Fast delivery, and speedy on live chat. However hadn’t noticed you cannot try anything on until I saw the seal on the packaging. Crazy I can order clothing from any other website and try but not a watch strap. Especially the solo loop straps that come in 3 sizes. Return was received by them 8 days ago and I’ve had no notification they have received and no refund. On live chat I was advised they had received it and refund would take up to 10 working days. Terrible service. Additionally Straps look like the ones you get off ebay for a fraction of price but placed in nice boxes.

Very poor not even worth one star!

Please be careful ordering from this company.
I ordered a strap which came on time, I opened the nice box to find the strap in a packet.
There was a seal on this packet that stated HYGIENE sealed, and if you open this seal you cannot return it.
I did not open the packet but could tell it was far too big for my wrist & would need adjustment, but how can I do this & see if it fits without opening? And the quality looked very poor.
I returned the strap un-opened & emailed their customer services.
They contacted me to say they will not be refunding me because the seal was broken, I even have photos of it intact. I have reported them to Trading standards in hope they will look at their returns policy as it seems you have no rights & how in this day & age can this be a legal way to trade? All major retailers will accept returns opened or not. Apple, J Lewis & Amazon to name a few, even high street jewellers will let you try before buying.
They actually sent the strap back to me which I have now opened.
I would not use this strap for the cheapest of watches let alone an iWatch, it is of the very poorest quality. They don’t even supply instructions on how to adjust the bracelet to fit! And refuse to answer me when I asked how.
Be warned they are poor quality & wont accept returns!
You will also notice there is only good feedback on their website! Come here, it’s a different story indeed.
Save you money!

To say this company is horrific

To say this company is horrific, refused a refund as I have tried on a strap and because the quality of the strap is cheap and is uncomfortable to wear on the skin. How are you to try on the strap when purchased online
Avoid at all costs spending £, such absurd and aggressive terms impossible for the customer. I have sinced purchase watch strap from Apple and they refund!!! Says a lot about The Watch Strap, rip off.

Great product, quick delivery but returns take a month

I wanted to be fair in my review and have fed back the issues I had directly to the company. I’ve given a star for the product - I ordered a leather strap and the quality seems good it looks good too. Really happy with it. One star for speed of delivery and presentation, one for how quickly they respond to messages on chat and they are helpful and courteous.

Where everything falls down is their refunds and return policy. It strikes me as either disorganised or dishonest. I had to pay for return postage, fair enough, but they took 14 working days to inspect the return, I chased on 14th day and they advised a refund was keyed and would be a further 5-10 working days to reach me depending on my bank. I then chased on the 8th working day and they said it actually takes their accounts team 5-10 working days to process the refund. Thankfully after 23 working days they processed it that day.

So they sit with your money for almost a calendar month and have to be chased to get it back. In the modern age there is no excuse for taking that long. Overall I would have awarded 5 stars had it not been for this issue, it seems other customers on trustpilot have had similar problems so worth them taking note.

The straps themselves are ok without…

The straps themselves are ok without being fantastic. However the customer service is terrible. You can’t buy multiple straps to test colour, size or comfort as they come in a security package which if opened voids your return. Furthermore, the returns process is far harder than it should be and at your own cost. Finally, the refunds process is the worst I’ve seen. I returned multiple straps on 25 May and I have still not been refunded. Order #147993

Terrible service terrible product

Terrible service terrible product! It looks nice but it leaves black marks on my skin after usage. Doesn’t matter what I do. Their CS is horrible too so I am not getting anything from them. Have to stop using the strap!

AVOID!! Shoddy Quality goods

Purchased their Apple Watch Leather Link Strap for £50. Fell apart in 3 months. Contacted business sending pics. Insisted on posting strap back paying my own postage costs to ‘assess’ the strap. Postage strap, waited 3 weeks no response, When chased, they denied receiving the package. I had proof of postage which I provided. Refused to help further. Shoddy products! Even worse after sale customer service. You’re only paying for the fancy box they sell straps in. Better buying original or for under £10 on eBay.

APPALLING...

APPALLING.... Read their stance on returns before you buy it's outrageous.
I had a fault on my order so contacted them and as requested paid for it to be returned same day it arrived....only for the return to be refused to be acknowleded. At no time did they state they required me to send it back via recorded delivery at my expense. This company are cheats and chisellers over a lousy cheap strap....do they not think their reputation is worth more than getting this kind of lousy review for the sake of sending out a replacement strap. Avoid at all costs😡
