I was sceptical despite the excellent Truspilot reviews. I bought the Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade at considerably less than half the price asked in the ComputerActive Software store, which, desrvedly has dreadful reviews. At £19, it was £100 less than what Microsoft wanted. So my scepticism was justified. However, the instructions were good and the licence key worked. My fears were unwarranted: it went extremely smoothly.

OK, ALWAYS suspicious about cheaper software, this was (Win11 Pro) license only. So what the hay? As it happens there was zero reason to worry. Downloaded via the supplied link (to Microsoft, good sign) and blew the USB stick. Only, sort of, fly-in-the-ointment was that it wanted to install from scratch (you could get it to upgrade with a bit of a kefuffle). As it happens I was OK with that, so install we go - then Microsoft was being petty about the CPU not meeting their exacting standards - web search solved THAT one. Been using it for a few weeks now and it is fine. If that isn't enought to convince you then how about the fact the I bought another to upgrade my spouse's PC (I never pirate s/w) - that's been 100% too.

My order of Office 2024 was promptly sent with clear instructions and an issue with double purchase was immediately resolved. I was slightly anxious as Unitysoft emails appeared in my Inbox as unverified but, the prompt responses and support from Mark helped to allay any fears. I had a few issues with download and installation but the quick replies to emails and support received solved any problems to get me up and running.

I ordered a licence for Office 2024 a few days back. Downloaded the app along with instructions and product key.

Installation went well with the product key accepted by the app. However, there was a small issue when trying to activate online.

Contacted the support team at Unitysoft, and within a few hours they got back to me with a solution that worked perfectly.

Have used these guys before and have never had an issue, but even when I do they seem to be totally on the ball with a fix.
