They have many extra fees for no reasons and returning to book with them they don't give you much of a discount, this will probably be my last time booking with them, all of them unnecessary fees, REALLY!!!

Excellent Family Weekend - Reunion Resort 535
Naomi was an excellent representative and helped with all the arrangements before our arrival. The home was more than we could have hoped for. We were surprised to find that every bedroom had its own bathroom which made having multiple families staying together much more convenient. Was also pleasantly surprised to find the pool had a sloped entry which was ideal for a family member we had with us in a wheelchair. Everything in the home was just as described. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and serving items for our large family.

The house was SOOO dirty and so much deferred maintenance
The house that we stayed in, Reunion 10000 was so incredibly dirty and there were toilet seats falling off, no adequately working dishwasher, there were places that hadn't seen a mop or a vacuum in easily a year. There was a dead frog in one of the closets, food and crumbs collected under the table glass from many, many past guests. One single dishtowel in the kitchen and just so much that had to be cleaned before we could even stay. Still, the children's feet and socks were filthy the whole stay. The only bright spot about Top Villas was Molly Bigg, the customer coordinator for the trip. Sadly, there was nothing she could do about this but she was fabulous. You will notice from the response below, that Top Villas is saying I did not report this upon arrival. Since we arrived so late, I did report it the very next morning. They are in possession of the text AND the pictures that I sent the very next day. Obviously, with 16 people in the house there was no way for a cleaning crew to come in and re-do. That should have been done before arrival. Also, as an aside, they offered to give us 10% back but only if I retracted my review and didn't place any others.

Everything was great easy check in the…
Everything was great easy check in the water park doesn’t open till July 4th but you can use the Windsor island resort water park “the house was great very clean spacious” Walmart Lowe’s dollar tree Walgreens and so many more stores literally no longer than 5-7mins away
