I was definitely nervous about purchasing such a large piece like a wine bar cabinet from a company I’d never heard of before. So many questions ran through my mind—what if the product doesn’t look like the pictures? What if the quality isn’t great? When will it even be delivered?

But after about a month and a half, my wine bar cabinet arrived… and wow—it exceeded all my expectations. The quality is incredible; it truly feels like an heirloom piece. Delivery was smooth, and the best part? I never even had to reach out to them during the whole process. Everything was handled perfectly.

I live in Pharsalia, New York, and being surrounded by nature, I wanted furniture that truly complements our home. The Rural Art offered an incredible selection of solid wood pieces that fit perfectly with our style. The quality of the furniture is second to none, and the customer service was outstanding—always helpful, friendly, and proactive. I especially appreciated the regular updates, including photos of the furniture being made, which added a personal touch to the whole experience.

The pieces were carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition, and you can tell the craftsmanship is top-tier. The wood is absolutely stunning and unlike anything we’ve ever seen in local stores—it really gives our home a unique and rustic charm.

One tip: if you're ordering from them, I recommend opting for the white glove service. The furniture is breathtaking, but it’s also solid and very heavy! 😁

Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I’ll definitely be purchasing from The Rural Art again. I’ll also be recommending them to friends and family!

These people are theifs. There's a company selling these same premium products online named Sierra Living Concepts. These people are copying their images and selling cheap quality products. That's pathetic. Google must take down such theifs

I had a great experience with my purchase. The product selection and quality were good, and the pricing was fair. The customer service was excellent, and the delivery process went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the furniture was made to order in India. Although it is not an heirloom piece, it is a solid piece with ample storage and a decent finish. Tracking the build and shipment from India was surprisingly efficient. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely buy from you again.

I ordered one coffee table and I was Impressed with the fast shipping and the quality of furniture. The unique thing about them is that at every step they share the photos and videos of the item ordered and also gives the option to change the colour or design even after order is placed. Customer service is very good, someone is always available to address the question and the turnaround time is less than 2 hours. The website's design made it super simple to find what I needed. Great value for money!
