I had a return which unfortunately the size was mentioned differently on your site , when I received the Gucci pumps shoes instead of 39 it was 39and half . At the store fortunately the manager Mr. Price as usually was very understanding and helpful and since the mistake was done from the warehouse I was refunded.
Also Mr. Enrique always very welcoming at the store.
Recently had few issues when I receive my purchases either not as in a good condition the zipper was thorn and the machine areas totally stretched like recently when I bought an etro dress which had to take it to a dress maker to fix the damaged areas , also the sizing mentioned are not very accurate as before. The experience took place on 4th of July / 25

I love TRR but…
I’m a big fan of TRR, but there are still some things you could improve. For instance, I would recommend adding a picture of the product label to help customers get the right size. The shipping costs are also quite high, and the delivery time is too long.

First, it took a very long time to have items listed.
2. It was NEVER conveyed to me that $15 was going to be taken out of every payment check. No other options like direct deposit were discussed. I spent a lot of time on FaceTime and regular phone calls with the sales rep and it was never mentioned or discussed.
It was very disappointing.
3. The percentages I received from the sales were mostly very low.
