I have been able to introduce this product to two 10 year old kitties, who were single owner cats, now living together and very skittish of each other. After about 3 days of use, they have both calned down enough to begin to let them be in the same room together without extra stress.
The productbis nicely packaged, and arrrived in a timely manner. The set up works as advertised, set up is easy.
The product is odorless and non irritating to people in our home.
A great value, we are pleased.

we have 16 cats and have had a spraying problem so we decided to try this, we have used for the last 30 days and it is helping tremendously, so we just put in another order, we are hoping with the continuation that we get the spraying totally under control, i would highly recommend for anyone to a least give it a try, we are satisfied

This product is amazing. Just went through a move to different location which totally confused my dogs. Made them very anxious & they started relieving themselves in the house. Bought this product & it has totally stopped. Make sure you have diffusers in all rooms of your house.

I recently purchased one the diffusers for my dog. I was concerned that it wasn't working right so I reached out to the customer service team. They responded within 24 hours and gave some helpful tips to test the product. I tested it and it was working just fine. The customer service experience was insightful and helpful!

TheraPet has been helping my dog! We adopted a new German Shepherd last year who has some peeing habits when we are out of the house and they have been greatly reduced since using TheraPet. Now there are months between pee spots in the house. Hooray! I'm grateful!

I was really skeptical about the idea of pheromones to reduce stress aggression in my indoor cats. But, I was desperate; one of my cats is just a big bully to one of my other cats, and our third cat also picks on him some. It really did take about a month or so before I noticed that Moose was no longer attacking Mugsy (fur would literally be flying), and that they all seemed more calm.
There are probably many copy-cat diffusers out there (no pun intended), but this one is the real deal. And their customer service is outstanding. That shouldn't be a "thing," but these days it's so rare that it must be shouted out when a company treats its customers so well.
This time around, I bought two starter kits, so now I have three diffusers in the rooms where my cats congregate the most. I think it's doing even better with those extra "boosts."

My cat Mr. Hemmingway is a 3 year old stray that I adopted from our local rescue. He was really sweet but he had episodes of aggression. I bought 2 of these since I live in a small apt, and within a couple of days he was a totally different cat. I always know when it is time to change the bottles because he becomes more aggressive with his play. I tried another on from the local pet store, but it did nothing for him. I have recommended this one to everyone I know who has an aggresive cat. I love my cat but there were times I was sure he hated me. I am so glad I tried these!!

I don’t usually write product reviews, but TheraPetMD’s calming diffuser actually worked, and fast. We live in a multi-dog household (five rescues with very different personalities and trauma histories), and I’ve struggled for years with excessive barking, nervous pacing, and marking indoors, especially from my chronic marker, Avery.
Since plugging in the diffuser, there’s been a noticeable shift. The barking has gone way down, the energy is calmer overall, and, most shockingly, indoor marking has almost disappeared. It’s like my home got saged by a dog whisperer in a plug-in.
The product lasts as advertised, and doesn’t seem to cause any side effects. I didn’t expect it to work this well, but it genuinely exceeded my expectations.
If you’re on the fence, do what I did: try just one. I’m already ordering refills.

We had to take in two feral 7 weeks old kittens. We already have 3 older cats. Two adjusted well but the third one was really struggling. She was hissing at everyone. Hiding under the dining room table. Resource guarding. We are only one month in to using this product and it has made a huge difference in calming her down. There’s still some hissing but things are improving every day. We bought two diffusers and have one in the main area and one by the food and litter. Just placed our refill order. Highly recommend.

I really was skeptical about another defuser product claiming to calm my cats. I have 4 boys and 1 girl and my girl was always stressed and hiding under the table because of 1 male in particuar who was the bully in the house. In under 30 days I noticed a big difference she has stopped hissing all the time and she spending time out from under the table. Even my boys seem more relaxed and calm.
Definitely something I would recommend and will continue to purchase. I even set it up for auto-ship.

I've seen improvements in all 3 of my cats. They're calmer and less jealous of each other. I haven't noticed any new urine smell in the usual places in about 1 month. I really think the diffusers are doing what they say. It's such an easy fix to a frustrating situation.

I ordered this stuff, initially, as a last resort. But now, I'm in love! I have 2 pugs and a terrier, among others. The boys were marking everything and Sadie was constantly peeing in the floor in the hall. I got this and noticed that it stopped. I ran out and after a couple of days they were right back at it. Thank you for giving me my house back.
