The Range Hood Store - Friendly and Helpful Customer Service
The Range Hood Store has great customer service. I had an unusual need for a wall-mounted recirculating range hood on a short ceiling height. They reviewed my measurements with me and pointed me to a Z-Line hood to fit my space. They even offered me a discount!
Communication on shipping was fast and consistent.
When the range hood arrived, it was packed perfectly to protect the hood. I was very worried about this since it has a lot of glass on it.
The range hood is installed and working perfectly. I have some concerns about changing the charcoal filters since they are in a tough place to reach, but this is a design flaw from Z-Line and not a problem with The Range Hood Store.
I give this experience 5 stars and recommend The Range Hood Store to anyone searching for a range hood.

Lousy customer service. My order was wrong I called 2 times and was disconnected both times. No one bothered to return the call. I asked for another filter or a partial refund. No response at all. Called 2 times on 6/23/25
