Low customer priority!
Subscribed to this at start of year. Have been disappointed with the timeframe for deliveries, it’s the 11th July and I still have not received my package. Messaged a few days ago and no response!

Our website states all packages are to be sent out on or before the 8th of each month.However, for July we experienced some delays due to moving house / office. I did not receive my May box
I did not receive my May box. When I emailed to chase this up I was informed it was showing as delivered and perhaps had gone to a neighbour!
The box has never arrived nor received by a neighbour and I’ve not received any response from my last email sent regarding this.
So therefore I have paid for a box I never had

Just what you need to get home to after a long day of work. This pack is honestly one of my favourites I love the little happiness book and I absolutely love the little Biscuits that have a cute note written on them.
