Just started my 3 pups with The Pets…
Just started my 3 pups with The Pets Table. All 3 are shih tzus and they are loving the mixed blends. My 10 year old can be picky, but he is enjoying your Fresh Beef Stew with Carrots and the Air-Dried Lamb & Beef with Brown Rice. My other 2 pups are 15 months old and absolutely can’t wait for their meals. One of them has a very sensitive tummy and we’ve experienced no issues (which makes me and him very happy).

Helped with allergies, easy!
My dog Kaiya was having skin rashes and tons of itching. I’d tried fresh food from other brands thinking it was a food allergy (and it was) but was having a hard time finding fish only or at least poultry free options. We also wanted air dried to make it a little easier on us while still giving her food she looks forward to. The Pet’s Table air dried salmon and beef recipes have been a huge hit. Skin rashes are gone, and she still drools for her meals, even though it’s air dried and not wet fresh!

Chief had a hard time transitioning to his new food but once he got accustomed to the new taste he continues to go back and lick the bowl between his feedings. As soon as he hears me pick up his bowl he comes running!

Healthy food for Remus!
Company ships promptly and it’s packaged well. I got this food for Remus to help him lose weight and get healthier and he’s already running and chasing the other dogs more than he did before so I think it’s helping him. He loves it and the treats so I’m assuming it also taste pretty good.

Good food, good service
Good service. Excellent reps if you need to talk to somebody or ask questions. Food arrives quickly, , on the date promised, and packaged well.
The dog loves the food, the dry food better than the frozen. No problems so far have been on program about a month.

Two weeks????
My order for the fresh food was only one day late but it was thawed and room temperature. I called them and they would replace the food but it would be two weeks. Now what in the heck is your dog suppose to do for two weeks? That's real convenient to be forced to run to a store and buy a food your dog is not adapted to! This was the first and last time I will order from this company. You would think they would prepare their boxes with enough dry ice to last much longer, I mean this day and age, shipping is always late. The Pets Table is a joke.

Poor Business Practices
While the product offerings appear to be good, the experience of working with this company leaves much to be desired. Representatives are expected to sell pet delivery services at events by signing up pet owners on the spot.
Compensation is entirely commission-based. It’s possible to work an entire weekend without earning any income. If potential customers decide at a later date to subscribe, they do not receive payment, even though representatives promote/provide extensive information to potential customers. Representatives are not provided with essential materials such as information brochures or Logo cards for customers who wish to consider the service later.
There is also a noticeable lack of transparency regarding crucial information regarding product information, event schedules, travel arrangements, ect. This information is received last minute making it difficult for representatives to make arrangements for their family and/or pets. Bonus structure is based on top sales, which is given is given to the same representatives weekly as they are always scheduled for the busiest events.
Given that the company is owned by Hello Fresh, one might expect a similar commitment to the well-being of its representatives as it shows to its customers. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend supporting this organization.

Starter package was all crumbs, terrible customer service
Upon receiving our starter box for our dog, Tilly, every bad of the air dried food was crumbled. There was approximately 2 servings of food I could serve to our dog, the rest was crumbs and useless. I reached out to customer service who responded right away, promising to ship a replacement box with priority. I had not received this so I had to reach out a second time, they reassured me the replacement box was on the way. I contacted The Pets Table a third time after never receiving the replacement box AND being charged for the next 6 weeks worth of food. I was again reassured that they would ship out the replacement starter box but after asking, was told my account would be refunded the new charges and no further charges would occur as they would place my account on hold until we received the replacement and could decide if we wanted to continue the service. Literally two days later I woke up with a notification from my bank that ANOTHER charge was taken from my account despite never even receving the replacement starter box that had now been promised me 3 seperate times. Finally I had to contact customer service again, this time I demanded that my bank be refunded all monies thus far and to cancel my subscription for good. I was fed BS saying that I could not have been promised the above because once they reversed the charges the first time, that cancelled the original starter box. The rep actually tried to sell me their services again saying that if money was a concern, they could stretch out the shipments further apart. I told them in no uncertain way would I ever want to have any services with them as this was unbelievably disappointing to have to contact a company four times in less than 3 weeks due to a terrible product and terrible service. The rep was uncaring, seemed aloof to the obvious and basically thanked me for allowing him to help me and included a line that I could restart my subscription at any time, despite me being very vocal about my concerns. Be advised, if you have any issues with the Pets Table you will likely end up with disappointment.

My newfydoo loves this food
My newfydoo loves this food. She was off to a bad start with some challenging health problems including no appetite. I have tried all of the other foods. All.of.them. She eats this food as soon as I put it out. I usually free feed but hoggy can't be left with this food out; she'll founder like a horse. lol. I'm thrilled that the weight is picking up, she seems content and active, and I have peace of mind with the ingredients and enthusiasm for eating.

Good Option
The Pet's Table has been a great option giving flexibility with dry and/or wet food and how often you give to your pet- for example we do prescription food and just use as a topper.
The only downside I will say is that compared to another service I've tried, this food tends to stick to the plastic pouches they come in so we don't feel like we can get all the food out.

The pieces are too large for my tiny papillon to easily eat and she has choked 3 times. I do break her food into smaller pieces but when I am running late she has to be satisfied with her old puppy kibble.

My dog Rose is 14-YO and she has become…
My dog Rose is 14-YO and she has become a picky eater. This is the first dog food that she really eats entirely and seems to relish the food. The best part for me is that what comes out of Rose is very healthy looking, has a formed stool and is easily picked up. This is the sign of her digestive system being in sync with the food she is eating. Bravo!
