Mirror seems to be of good quality. Installers showed up on time and had it up on the wall quickly. Would highly recommend for someone needing a mirror in their workout room.

They did a great job. They were professional and fast and made suggestions that made the install better than expected. We were in no rush, so the wait time for booking wasn't an issue.

It took several months for the delivery. The installers were polite and gave good tips for framing it. However, they showed up two hours early and the mirror was left dirty. The price was slightly cheaper than other local quotes.

I ended up NOT using this company, so I will only comment to the pre-installation time. I placed an order and was told that there is a window of 2-6 weeks for delivery. This is also the information on their website. After 4 weeks i followed up just to make sure that things are happening. I was told that 2-6 weeks is not an actual timeframe, it depends if they get enough orders from my area, this is how they can offer such a low price, etc etc so if I am not patient I would be better off using other company. And this is what I did.
Bottom line is that, even with a good price, I am not happy to do business with a company which can't commit to a delivery time, whatever that is. They couldn't commit to ANYTHING, neither to 6 weeks, nor to 6 months. So we resolved our matter in 10 days with a local company. If you don't care when they will be ready to install the mirror, good luck!

Everything was thoroughly explained. Timing to install was about two weeks. Installation on day of was quick, maybe a half hour. Great service and mirror looks great.

Every step of the process was so easy and user friendly. I was able to send email communication, and make multiple changes over the span of getting exactly what I wanted in my gym. The scheduling team was efficient and answered every question I had with urgency. Install team was fast and efficient and even made recommendations to save money and what would look best. Overall this was a 10/10 experience and I will 1000% use them again in the future.

These guys are awesome!!! The ONLY thing that you need to truly to on your part is... BE READY / Flexible prep for the install day. If you keep your area and walls ready after receiving the initial notice... you'll be good to go. My window slightly shifted however I had also heeded the advice from others to be ready on my side. The installers came on the early part of the day, had all the tools, were extremely professional, suggested an install method that saved me a bit on the mirrors, gave great advice, and was done swiftly and safely. I will definitely be calling again and will refer them whenever possible.

My appointment was between 9 am and 1 pm. At 1015am two workers arrived and were awake aware and cordial. They answered all questions knowledgeably and steadily put up the perfect mirror array for our studio. I could tell they knew what they were doing and one of them had obvious mastered the craft working with the mirrors until they were perfectly aligned all 24 feet across. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone putting up large mirrors!

The lead time to get the mirror delivered was longer then I had hoped for due to some issues with the delivery truck when they scheduled it the first time. Their communication wasn't great, but they were always very nice when I called to check the status. Once the guys delivered & installed the mirrors, the final product was great. Super nice installers who were professional and did a nice job keeping the space clean while they worked.

Where do I need to start.. Turnaround time wasn’t long at all the guys called before they reach my location to give me a heads up when they arrived on time I might add Both were very polite. They asked where do I want my mirror located I told them and they delivered. It’s beautiful. I will recommend this company to anyone.
