I participated in the 1 on 1 sessions of the program and I couldn’t been happier. The guided lesson and habit system created a new way of thinking to finally take control of not only my addiction but my life! My experience was great because of the unique services that you provide and no other therapist or company even comes close to touching on such sensitive topics.
My experience was also disappointing for the self-paced learning environment because the videos are outdated. The website is difficult to navigate and old posts and information from 2022 is posted first so it is hard to find latest posts and assignments. The partner group takes too long to review everyone's situation and history. The partners are also confused on where the husbands are in the program and how the assignments are supposed to be completed.

I joined the Group Coaching program 2 months ago and it truly has been life changing. I've spent the past several years trying to live a porn free life. I tried abstaining on my own without guidance, tried different programs and read/listened to a variety of sources on how to quit porn. I found value and progress in each of these efforts but ended up back in a porn binge several times after months of sobriety. One of the first things I learned from Craig is that Sobriety is only 20% of the equation... and "That which you resist, will persist". I'd never heard or understood these concepts before but it immediately explained most of my past failures. This course will teach you how to effectively channel your sexual energy in a healthy way and the best part is, that it's super practical and evidence-based. This was my first time being introduced to Parts Work and The Internal Family Systems model. I'm blown away by how massively helpful these tools have been in deepening my understanding and compassion for myself and all of the different parts of me, even the ones that I thought were terrible!! If you're struggling with compulsive sexual behavior and and haven't joined The Mindful Habit yet, you probably have been stuffing down, beating down, or demonizing your addict part or the lustful part of you that causes you to act out. I'm here to tell you from experience in this program, there is a much better way to deal with this part of you and it will change your life when you learn it from Craig. This is also my first time being a part of a community of men who struggle with the same issues as me. Having those connections is so important on this journey and doing this alone in the past has also been a cause of my past failure. "The opposite of addiction is not sobriety, it's connection". I've found new purpose and I'm on my way to living a great life that honors God, my wife, my family, myself and everyone around me. I plan to be a part of this community for a very long time.
