This was my second time ordering. The first time was great, which is why I decided to order again. Unfortunately, this time was a big disappointment. I sent flowers to my girlfriend in Atlanta from Virginia, and when she sent me a picture, one side of the arrangement was damaged and looked completely dry. I really wasn’t expecting that kind of quality. Very disappointed.

The first bouquet of roses that were sent to my boyfriend‘s mother were not in a good condition. They looked old and wrinkled. Then they sent a replacement and that looked worse than the ones that I first ordered! I’m still awaiting an answer from their customer service regarding this issue. This is very frustrating because she has waited for these flowers for a long time. It’s also very disappointing!

Shipping process caused the top roses to be smashed. Worse I made a claim sending photos the very day my sweetheart received the poor quality flowers. For the cost I expected better. I won’t be returning. Their customer service is awful.
