I strongly recommend The Lotus Method

I strongly recommend The Lotus Method. I came to TLM during my 2nd trimester as I was looking for a safe environment to continue the type of intense training I was used to from Barry’s Bootcamp. I can’t thank enough the professional team at TLM and especially, my amazing trainer, Christi, for helping me get stronger before delivery and bringing me back to shape after giving birth. Christi has been such an amazing partner along the way, both in person and online when COVID hit. She has always come prepared for classes, challenging me to try new things aligned with my training goals, and always fun to chat with. Can’t recommend her enough. Thank you, Christi for all the efforts and energy you’ve put into my wellbeing! You’re truly one of a kind!! I keep recommending TLM to all my pregnant friends- it’s the best gift you can give to yourself and your baby.

Brianna Houston is a fabulous trainer

Brianna Houston is a fabulous trainer! She tailors the workouts to meet my specific needs and challenges me enough so that I always get a good sweat and some cardio with every session! I love how the exercises are different every week so that I am working out all the different muscles group and getting excellent pointers on making adjustments to make sure that I am engaging the right muscles.

The Lotus Method is the BEST

I couldn't recommend The Lotus Method more!

I started training at TLM when I was pregnant 2+ years ago because I wanted to workout somewhere I knew was pregnancy-safe. I was pretty clueless on how I should/shouldn’t be working out while pregs, so it was a huge relief being able to work with a team that had a wealth of knowledge in pre/post natal health. They were able to give me a great workout that got me prepped for labor and parenting — win-win!

I’ve continued working out with the company through their transition to all-virtual, which was seamless. I love having the ability to still get a solid workout in, in the safety of my own home.

Lastly, Maria, my trainer, is a gem. She has an amazing understanding of the body, pre and post-natal, and can modify our exercises on the fly if I'm feeling any pain or am simply lacking specific equipment. She has an infectious positive personality too, which makes our workouts a delight!

Bianca is the BEST!!!

I started working with the Lotus Method February of last year, 6 months after giving birth to my second child. Sadly I only had 1 month of in person sessions before COVID shut everything down. I was skeptical that virtual sessions would be anything like in person sessions, but I am happy to report that I was wrong. My trainer, Bianca, has been amazing. In the beginning we worked entirely on rehab from birth as well as a prior back injury. With her knowledge and expertise I was able to get my strength back and I am now able to do more than I was able to do before giving birth. Her sessions are a true workout and she even gives me “homework” to do on the days we don’t meet. She’s also great with kids. When my kids join the sessions, she has workouts for the 5 year old and incorporates the 1 year old as a weight ;-)

Great for busy pregnant mamas and postpartum recovery

I worked out at Lotus Method before and throughout my pregnancy and went in to my labor and delivery strong and ready. Postpartum workouts have helped me rebuild my strength including core and easing all the back pain I deal with lifting a toddler and baby and breastfeeding. Bianca has been so supportive and I’m so appreciative to have her working closely with me during recovery!! I get 1:1 attention plus homework so I can continue to feel good between sessions.

The Lotus Method has been an invaluable…

The Lotus Method has been an invaluable resource during my pregnancy and especially during the pandemic. Having one on one personal workouts via video has kept me motivated and on track. My instructor Bianca is incredibly knowledgeable and has tailored each workout to my stage of pregnancy and individual physical needs week by week.The live group classes and library of recorded classes are also great, and allow me to add workouts throughout the week that work with my schedule. I am grateful to be feeling strong and healthy as I get ready to deliver soon, and I credit Bianca and TLM with guiding me in this fitness journey. Joining TLM has definitely been worth the investment and I feel good knowing I will also have this support after delivery.

Virtual training with highly qualified trainers, a great workout!

I've been training with TLM for 7 years and when COVID hit I was grateful for the virtual training. I love training with Erin. She customizes my workouts based on my level, is attentive, corrects form and motivates me during my session. It's kept me balanced and energetic despite the sedentary nature of being quarantined for nearly a year. The quality of training is top tier and I love how much time savings there is doing it from home. I highly recommend it to anyone prenatal or even many years postnatal!

Be in your best labor shape with TLM!!

I started TLM around 16 weeks. Its been wonderful working with Kristy W. She really listens to my feedback on how I'm doing and pays close attention to my form. I also highly recommend the classes. I've attended both Maria's and Tenae's. Classes are super fun and on the smaller side so you can either virtually or one day in person meet other moms. TLM's overall focus on developing a strong pelvic floor and upper body as well as core I know has been instrumental in keeping me fit and ready for delivery. Thank you so much!!

It really works!!! Love virtual training!

I’ve had the normal various issues that happen after you have a baby (leakage, loss of core strength, feeling like no time to focus on myself, etc). After finding The Lotus Method, I was really excited to learn they had a completely virtual option - I live states away from their brick and mortar studios. I’m actually shocked by how well it’s worked for me- no more leaking, no more racing to the bathroom, feeling way stronger- and all through my virtual training sessions with Caitlin and the workouts she sends me. They are so time manageable and don’t feel overwhelming. She adjusts the difficulty for me when I need it, she also pushes me to do more and I feel worked! I’ve never been good at working out consistently but because this is so targeted to my needs and I can do it in the comfort of my own home, I’ve been able to stay with it. I enthusiastically and highly recommend The Lotus Method to all moms or women who are planning on becoming moms! They truly understand what you need. Thanks Caitlin!!

Thank goodness for Lotus Method!

My trainer Kristy is amazing and I love our virtual trainings. She’s always on time, I feel good about being held accountable, and she’s super encouraging and supportive. It helps me emotionally and physically, especially when we are all so isolated because of covid. In addition to our one on one trainings (sooooo grateful for those) I love having access to live group classes and especially the pre-recorded classes so you can do them anytime, according to your own schedule.

Virtual Training Sessions with Real Results

I have been training virtually with The Lotus Method since March 2020, and my body feels so much healthier and stronger. The virtual training sessions are great - it's easy to follow the trainer-demonstrated exercises (even through a screen) and the trainers watch closely to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly and safely. The personalized workouts are fun and challenging and I always end the session feeling better than when I started. I was worried about making a connection with my new trainer virtually but have found that all The Lotus Method trainers (my regular trainer and trainers of the group classes) are friendly, knowledgeable and focused on making it the best experience for you. I highly recommend The Lotus Method, your body with thank you!
