I love ordering the leggings. I have just ordered the leggings and nothing else, but so far all that I have ordered I have loved.There customer. Service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company and their leggings.

Exceptional customer service! I contacted them to return and exchange two items, and they responded promptly. They sent a replacement for one item and processed an exchange for a smaller size on the other. Plus, I didn’t even have to return the items that didn’t fit. Highly impressed!

I recently purchased 4 pairs of tights because of the great discounted price. U didn't like the way one pair fit & contacted customer service. I was offered to choose a replacement or a credit and advised to keep the pair of tights instead of returning. Because I loved the tights ( look, material, functionality) I chose another pair. This businesses customer service far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from this company again & I definitely recommend it!!

I purchased a few different products for my first order to test a few out. The PowerTight Sandwich No Front Sean leggings are AMAZING! I lave lost 125 pounds so I’m very self conscious but these make my confidence level sky high! They are buttery soft and extremely comfortable. I will be buying tons more as I continue to lose weight. The fabric on the sports bras are just as soft and ultra comfortable. I didn’t like one of the other style of leggings that I bought so I reached out to their customer service. They were completely understanding and gave me a replacement for them in another style free of charge and told me to keep the ones I originally ordered to donate or give to a friend. Even though I didn’t like them my friend LOVES them and will be purchasing more. Great company, great product!

I ordered a pair of knee length leggings that I realized were going to be too large for me. When I contacted the IUGA company to work out an exchange, they most graciously went above and beyond! They let me keep the larger size of leggings to gift to someone AND they are sending the correct size leggings to me at no charge! Excellent customer service in my opinion!

I received my order very quickly and I love the comfort of my leggings! I ordered a pair of jeans that fit well, but I decided I would like to go up a size to be more roomy. They are reshipping my preferred size and told me to keep the ones I currently have. I work out a lot—I will definitely be ordering more!

I have orders bras and the power tights - all of which I love and they are at a good price. I emailed the wrong place to exchange tights for a different site. At the bottom of their US website, you can find the right email for service. Upon my request, they made the exchange which was good. I will purchase from them again.

I received my order quicker than expected! When I got them, I was super excited to wear them, however, they were too big. I contacted customer support, hoping to be able to exchange them. To my surprise, they are sending me the smaller size, but told me I don't need to return the ones that are too big. They said I could keep them, gift them to someone else, or donate them. I'll pass them to my daughter! Definitely recommend! Excellent customer service and great product! Can't wait to get the smaller size in so I can wear them!

I ordered what I thought were heavy compression leggings. I must have read the description wrong and ordered a style with medium compression. I reached out to customer service and received a response in less than 24 hours. The customer service rep was kind and helpful and offered to send the leggings I intended to purchase, free of charge, and I was pleasantly surprised when she invited me to keep or gift the leggings I purchased in error. This was my first experience with IUGA and it was 10 out of 10 from start to finish!

Placed a order for my daughter and expected my purchase to arrive on time but it took much longer. When contacted customer support I received little updates on my order progress. The lack of communication was frustrating.

I ordered for my sister from Iuga but had to wait so many days to receive my order. The communication was also bad. Also when I receive the order it did not meet the description and the customer support was also unresponsive.

Although the tennis dress I purchased didn't quite fit right, the material was nice and the shipping was fast. I had a decent experience with customer service and was satisfied with the options they provided.

I ordered the bra top and running shorts from this brand. The bra top is so softttttt and comfortable. I wore it immediately as soon as I received.

The shorts didnt fit so I requested exchange for a smaller size. Customer Service was quick and resolved my request again.

Such good quality product and quick customer service. I'm a fan!
