I went to several stores in my town and no one could help with the repair of my 1st gen iPod. I was referred to iSuperstore and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Robin was cooperative, patient and diligent in resolving my problems. Absolutely thrilled with this company, highly recommend.

I recently bought a refurbished iPod Touch through the iSuperstore (via Walmart.com) and then traded in my older iPod Classic with them. I dealt with Robin, who was professional and communicated promptly. Easy process. Prompt shipping of new product, and prompt payment for my old one.. The iPod Touch I bought works great, mint condition, came with a basic case and screen protector, and at competetive price. For the one I traded in (sold), they provided free shipping with tracking. They reasonably asked me to check battery status and model information and send photos. They checked it out also upon receipt. Five stars.
