Per our policies, listed in our FAQs on our webpage, once an order has been shipped from our fulfillment center it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, USPS, to deliver the package to the customer. We have no further information regarding the whereabouts of a package other than what the USPS tracking information states.
Should a package be lost in transit or stolen, the customer must file a case with USPS to obtain any type of refund.
We apologize deeply for the inconveience.

I never received my package

I never received my package. Wrote a few emails and got told that once it was handed to the USPS it was not their responsibility. Everyone just washed their hands of it and I literally got robbed. I lost all of my money and no options given just dissmissed. I actually had such a different perception of this store but have never received such shibad service. So dissatisfied! And it wasn't a cheap order. If I could give negative stars I would.

Per our policy, if the package was not delivered yet the post office/courier claims it was, you will need to file a case with USPS or your local customs office. As listed in our store policies, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as we have no control over the package once it has been picked up by USPS. We suggest getting in contact with your postman first or seeing if it turns up a day or two late; sometimes packages can be delivered to your neighbor on accident. We have attached the USPS customer service number for your convenience, which includes detailed information on what to do if your package is lost/stolen.

probably the worst company I've ever…

probably the worst company I've ever dealt with and will never patronize again! I would recommend nobody ever spend your money here since you'll probably be sent a product that is used/broken out of the package (and that alone is absolutely DISGUSTING), you'll then be blamed and gaslighted for the issue, offered no help, and told to follow up with the "warranty". warranties cover things when they break, never having worked to begin with is the VENDOR'S issue. anyway, this brand SUCKS and I'm sorry I gave them my money or the opportunity to do the right thing. I eventually had to file a chargeback with my card since they refused to do anything.

edit: thank you for perfectly proving my point with your response, THS. you've really got the whole gatekeep, gaslight, girlboss thing down pat. blaming your (former) customers for your many flaws, and trying to avoid any accountability for the low standards of your products by placing blame on anyone else says absolutely everything about you as a brand. you truly have no integrity and it shows in your dismissive, blameful responses. DO BETTER.

Per our e-mail correspondence, many of our adult items (including the item in question) is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In order to receive a replacement for a defective item, the customer must reach out to the manufacturer to file a claim. Please let us know if you need the link again in order for you to complete this.
All adult items that are sold on our storefront have never been taken out of their packages or used for social media or marketing content. Since these items have never been touched by us and arrived to us straight from the manufacturer, we require customers to take advantage of the warranty, as the responsibility of any defective items does fall on the manufacturer in this case.

We have order a dildo. For 167$ USD 217 Canadian. We got it on 6 JAN we make a return because the custom fee is too much elevated. Try to reach email service got in touch after 5 hours. My wife ask for a complete refund. They say we have a policy of NO REFUND. but on the website no policy about NO REFUND and when you check out they dont tell you have to pay duty tax. But on the website you can change de money for CAD TO USD and other thats confusing because you tinking they gonna ship from your state or they have a stockage in your country. Its very confusing. They offer a gift card to my wife of the complete amount we have paying for. We have refused and ask for a full refund. No more communication since this days. Im gonna call VISA for fraud . 🤝 dont trust them they have attractive product but dont worth all the headhache to handle after this. PS : my order get stuck 1 week and 6 day at border its abnormal RED FLAG. We have order on 20 December. And they cant mark the package as a gift for no duty tax fee. Come on we are in the christmas days but you dont care about your customer PLUS you have try to approach my wife for being an what you call (ambassador influencor) for promote your products on IG you will be sure we never gonna recommend you and never buying again. The only way i can acepted your gift card its for burn it in a fire pit by myself. Seriously i dont care about your reply and what you have to say. Fraud is fraud . Whats do you thin im gonna buy it again from you after this sh****t experience ? What the F* where you came from ? What you think you are ?
