I enjoy their products but customer service is terrible. I have had 3 orders from them bounce between 2 postal distribution centers for days until some intervention got the package on track. I tried to correspond with THD customer service to find out if there was an issue they could address on their end but the customer service rep only sent some boilerplate nonsense which was absolutely not helpful. It takes a week longer than it should for their packages to arrive to me and it's only The Hemp Doctor packages that have this issue. I had to find a new source because it's unreliable doing business with THD.

The quality, efficacy, and dependability of their CBD and Delta-8 products are nearly identical to those of stonerpharmdispensaryonline ,com. Asking me for a picture of my ID should be illegal. Your products are legal in all 50 states you don’t need age verification! I don’t get carded when buying Tylenol! Buying a hemp product is the same thing. OTC

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I received my order on a Saturday, first thing Monday I called Customer Service to tell them things were missing. I was told to email them because they couldn't help over the phone. I sent everything that was asked of me to send, invoice, pic of delivery, products received, etc. I paid extra for a freezer pack, that was not in my box, apparently the "freezer pak" was this silver balloon that I was supposed to know contained my missing items. I reached out to CS 3 times, I was told to bad, I should have cut open the freezer pak and there is nothing they can do. How was I to know that they sealed items in a pak with no seams? Wish I could add a picture for all to see. So I am out $40 and they don't care. Order at your own risk and hope you don't have a shipping issue.

Did your 1g disposables not undergo heavy metals testing? I can't find any tests for heavy metals. Also, some pesticides were just straight up not tested at all. This is a little worrisome, isn't it? I'm just very unsure about this brand/business.

Edit: I'd like to change my two stars to now four stars; I've never shopped at the Hemp Doctor before, and I was just very skeptical. Especially after what has recently been exposed in Cali, some dispensary products aren't even safe, and we all know that isn't limited to just California. I had got the 1g Rainbow Runtz disposable. The order took a week to get here, and I paid for extra shipping costs. I understand processing and shipping times are separate, but I guess I expected too much; it did come all the way from North Carolina at the end of the day. Heavy metals in the lab tests would be suitable for extra reassurance. But that's me being paranoid. The packaging was excellent and well-protected. I can tell it came from a dispensary; the disposable battery is air-activated, which is a plus. It has good build quality, and most importantly, it hits smoothly and passes the nose test. The high itself isn't bad at all; it scales around the same potency as regular weed, if not more; may vary from person to person, though. There was slight irritation on the exhale in the back of my throat, almost my esophagus. No diddy, but it is zaza. That's expected. The only thing is that it isn't the most flavorful, which is probably a good thing. I noticed there's only about 5mg of added terp sauce. It is reminiscent of live resin but just not as flavorful/strong. The other strains might be more flavorful, though. I recommend. Worth the price all the way.
