Disappointing
Disappointing. I have been waiting for my delivery for 3 weeks and followed up with customer support who were dismissive of my concerns of the parcel being in another country than the destination one. I have now, after one month, checked the status, and am seeing it will be delivered back to the Sender. This could have been prevented with customer service that cares. I will refrain from purchasing here again.

Disappointed
I’ve ordered from The Feed in the past and never had any issues but I’m really disappointed in how my latest order is being handled. It was supposed to arrive two days ago and FedEx can’t tell me where the package is, what the estimated delivery date is or even if it will be delivered by them or by USPS. This is not good customer service and I won’t ever be ordering from The Feed again unless they stop using FedEx as their shipper.

Overhyped
Given the hype I’ve heard about this company, I am extremely disappointed with their service. I usually get my fuels either through Amazon or directly from the supplier, but when I was running low this time around, I decided to give them a whirl. It’s been over a week since I placed my order. It was supposed to be arrive on Monday. It is currently Wednesday, and I just received a notification from FedEx that they weren’t able to deliver…I am at work. I received no prior notification that I had to be at home to sign for my order. I wouldn’t have expected to need to sign: it’s just gels and energy bars. Now I need to wait for FedEx to give me the option to reroute to a FedEx location…which will add another 2 days to the delivery time. I’m never ordering from The Feed again.

Everything made me feel sick...
I ran a half marathon recently that hyped up The Feed, and then started using Strava which hyped it too, so I figured I would try it out. I bought gels, electrolyte mix, and tart cherry juice concentrate. Less than a week of using the products I received I have felt sick as a dog. A deeper dive into all of the products revealed that I am not alone. They have a limited return policy but it claims a 50% credit for consumables returned. I have zero desire to ever purchase anything from this website again and dislike how much it is hyped up like they are doing good. They are peddling questionable supplements and that is all. May work for some but they did absolutely nothing to provide any warning of known irritants in the products. And the products themselves have questionable listed ingredients. Natural flavor can allow added maltodextrin and them to claim sugar free. Not cool. Do better.

This could very easily turn into a 1 star review. Shipping is very spotty. I never received my order as it was returned before pickup. I’ve been in touch to let them know I would like a refund, and they are very quick to respond back which is nice, but it has been over a month since the order was sent back and nearly 1.5 months since I first placed the order and no refund. That is theft!

Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company, they sell cheaply. Last year I bought a lot of energy gels, and on my last run yesterday, the gel had a strange taste. I checked the expiration date and it expired in 2022. This is absolutely disgusting, selling an expired product 2 years later. It never occurred to me to check the expiration date. I will never buy from this company again.

I really wanted to like this company
I really wanted to like this company. Its really disappointing to wait 5 to 10 days for my item to ship. It will take an additional week once it ships to receive my order. I can get my order in 2 to 3 days from Amazon. In addition, the items aren't pack well. They're place in a box loose with no packing. Items are out of stock for months. Sis rego recovery powder hasn't been available for 2 months. Its time for me to switch products and go back to Amazon.

Poor customer service
Called, emailed, and texted and could not get a hold of them to cancel my order. I found the backpack cheaper elsewhere and they have taken forever to ship. When i originally placed the order I got redirected to the site from USWE.com which I thought they were partners originally but now it seems suspicious to me.

On-going shipment problems; poor customer service
For the second time in less than a year, I have received multiple shipments in error for my monthly subscription. Of course, they charge your account for these orders right away. I have tried 5 times - yes, five times - to reach them: text, email, AI text, calling, etc. to obtain return labels for these shipments. I even filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Still, I have not received any response - or my requested return labels - from this company. Absolutely horrible customer service for a regular, subscription customer. I have cancelled my subscription and will find another company to address my training and nutrition needs.

Unreliable and unprofessional
Unreliable and unprofessional. I had high hopes but both times The Feed has lost my order. The “refunded” me in credits to buy another product but unfortunately I didn’t use that fast enough and it expired. I finally tried a second time and they lost my order again! Do yourself a favor and buy nutrition products on Amazon. It’s a lot cheaper, you get free shipping (w/ Prime), and they arrive on time for your race. Now it’s just sad to see top endurance athletes endorsing this company

Issues with Almost Every Order in past 9 Months
Completed multiple orders with The Feed over the last 9 months. Almost all orders have arrived either Heavily Damaged, with Expired Product, or with Items missing. Orders are always packed with little care, in too large of boxes with no packing filler when needed.
Customer service has eventually responded to the issue with each order but you had to be pushed to get an actual refund not just a store credit.
I have seen no evidence The Feed has any inclination to improve their shipping and warehousing despite politely reaching out multiple times about the issues I've faced.
Seems like they very Tech slick first, regular customer satisfaction second.

Noticed sediment in the bottom of…
Noticed sediment in the bottom of glasses after mixing their hydration powder (all flavors not one), nothing dissolves it. After playing their refund game through texting (they don't have the nerve to answer the phone), I called my bank to reverse the charge. My bank said they are getting a flood of calls about this company recently.

Long wait times for delivery, credit scam
Long wait times for delivery.
They let you order stuff and charge you for it and after waiting for days for your items to ship, they let you know that something in the order was out of stock hence the delay. So ship the stuff that's in stock and let me know or have an out of stock message on the website so I know not to order it.
If you have a subscription they won't automatically use your account credit on it so if your not aware of this your credit will expire!! If I earn a credit it should be mine. Or at least have a reasonable expiry date. You have to order something every couple of months to reliably use your credits when I'm sure most of us wait to put in a big order all at once or rely on subscriptions every few months. In 2024 I had over $100 worth of credits expire despite having regular subscriptions. It's a scam. Don't buy anything based on the credits you'll get; they make it almost impossible to use unless you order manually every month.

Wrong package was delivered and the delivery time is extremely high to Europe
I ordered Year of Sports Bottles on 23.12.2024, shipment was sent on 14th January and arrived today after 2 weeks.I already wondered why its such a big package turns out they sent me an Order of a women living in Toronto Canada to Lower saxony Germany. The support was very open in answering what happend and already sent the new package hopefully with the right stuff in the Box.But when you make a mistake maybe sent it with a faster alternative with better Tracking than Ascendia and Dpd for Europe , Dpd is not the Problem. The Tracking of Ascendia is trash and you should maybe change to another partner when sending packages. Now i have to wait again 14 days probably so i probably get my package after 1 and ½ months.

Poor customer service
I had placed an order for the Strava end of year water bottle along with some other goodies and freebies. Shipping speed was decent and is the only reason why this isn't a 1 star review. I open up my package and find that there is no Strava waterbottle, which was the whole purpose of my order. After emailing back and forth of which the reply speed was 2-3 days per email! They say quote, "Again, the bottles are still available for order if you'd like to place another" Bro, I've already spent good money on this purchase and that will be the last time I'm ordering from you guys.

The Feed is TRASH
The Feed is TRASH, I only came here cause the pricr would be cheaper than Amazon. Although AMZN is slightly more expensive, it's worth the price not having to deal with the non-existent customer service.
I ordered 2x 30 packs SIS sports gel on 12/31 and I just received them today on 1/24 (25 days later). They sent me the wrong flavors lol. There is no live chat / phone number to call, you have to wait minimum 3-5 days to get a response.
After the first 10 days I reached out asking if they had shipped, I got a generic response from their "CEO" about how they had record orders for the month of January with a link to a video of how they've automated their shipping process with robots. Which doesn't help their case since robots don't need time off. After 20 days I reached out again asking if the order had shipped, I got the SAME generic response about how how they had record orders for the month of January. Finally I received my order, only for it to be the wrong flavors.
