Went on Thursday 3rd July, beautiful weather, arrived, it was busy as hell, very well managed by cheerful & helpful staff.
Food in the pub is pre-book only (due to popularity) but theres a secondary bar/shop/eatery in the beautiful field next door. The pub is lovely, historic & still intimate but well appointed, the bar top is highly original.
We never waited long for anything, parking - immediate, drinks - 2 minutes; there is plenty of seating outside & a big shout out to the staff, who are gracious, friendly & very helpful.
I'd recommend any pub lovers to visit, the produce is first class, the beers excellent & a good range (inc lager, cider & stout) the overall set-up, really good, well thought out & very picturesque plus dogs are very welcome.
Prices are West End level which considering its solely British produce & craft beer, is perfectly fair to be honest.
Clarkson has played a blinder with this venture & we'll definitely return.

Maggie loves this food
Maggie loves this food. She's aging and we're not sure how much more time we have with her but while we have her, we want her to be happy. She barks to wake us up to eat (not great, but she never did that with dry food). Her excitement is off the charts with this food selection.

We have only been using this for 1.5 weeks but it’s great. My dog would never eat vegs but he has no trouble eating them in their fresh food. He can’t eat it fast enough. I also enjoy that it is delivered to my front door.

I broke down and ordered farmers dog for my two Coton de Tulears. First off, I noticed where farmers dog did NOT ask what kind of dogs I had…this should have been a red flag. When I got the food which was suppose to be for 2 weeks….there was enough food for wayyy more than 2 weeks. My pups had a vet appointment for their yearly shots and I talked with the vet about it. She said absolutely do NOT feed them this food!!! Wayyyyyyyyyy to much fat and it would not be good for them!! So I am throwing this food away!! I had only given them a tiny amount so they are good. Some people may not have any issues with giving this to their pups, but I won’t be one of them. I will say that their customer service is good though!

FARMERS DOG HELPED SAVE MY FREDO AND MY SANITY
My small 10-pound rescue, Fredo, has always been a picky eater. I've spent soooo much $$$ trying to find something he will eat consistently. I've always fed him food recommended by his vet. I finally settled on
Science Diet which he would eat BUT not for long, I believe he gets tired of eating the same thing over and over and frankly who wouldn't. In great frustration I decided he would eat his Science Diet or else. 3 weeks later, he barely ate, had lost 1 1/2 pounds, frankly I couldn't take it anymore.
I'd heard of Farmers Dog but because of cost hadn't tried it. One day I decided enough was enough and went online and placed my 1st order. What a difference. He actually reminds me if I am late with his food. He dances around with such excitement and never leaves a scrap on his plate. I AM NOW COMMITTED TO FARMERS DOG!
I am also sold on the product for me. I don't hear well so I order via text. I love that option but beyond that I LOVE THE KINDNESS OF THE FARMERS DOG EMPLOYEES. I can text them night or day and they always respond in a timely manner with respect and kindness and in the world, we live in today, THAT IS UNIQUE.
IF Farmers Dog ever goes public, I will be one of the 1st to buy stock in this remarkable company!

This is the 1st review I've ever done because it truly has impacted our lives so much!
I just wanted to leave a review and say thank you. We truly believed Izzy was in her final weeks of life. She wasn’t eating anything we tried to fix for her—she has very few teeth left—and she could barely walk or see. Out of desperation, we decided to try something new and bought your product.
To our surprise, just a few days after starting her on your food, it’s like she came back to life! She’s walking all over the house again, wants to go outside, looks forward to mealtime, and even started barking! We’re honestly in shock and so grateful.
Sissy is doing great, too—she seems to have more energy and pep in her step. Hopefully, we’ll be able to keep feeding them your amazing food.

I never got to try their dog food. I couldn’t get past the $200 a day they were charging me me riddle my credit card. I lost all faith in them right there returned all their products never opened it.

Well I gave them a 1 because I wanted to order, but the line of questions leading up to the purchase is crazy, I wanted to know the cost simple as that, but they make you answer a bunch of unrelated questions. My mom tried it and gave up after they started asking her to purchase other items, still nothing about the dog food, me I gave up after question 4 , I know they are using AI and AI has made companies very successful, I just wanted to know a few simple things before I went on the ai journey. Shame because I think it would’ve been great for my dog, but I basically already make the same exact thing, I guess I was just trying to free up my schedule a little 😂

I have a miniature schnauzer. She had digestive problems until I found the Farmers Dog. The Farmers Dog food made such a tremendous difference in the quality of Zoey's life. How farmer's dog has helped my dogs
It has really helped my dog's skin. I was unable to find a commercial kibble dog food that he would eat and that he wasn't allergic to. After switching he is a new dog his skin is clear and he has more energy. My dog Snoopy had a nutrition disorder that caused her bones to not form well and after switching to the farmer's dog she is like a puppy she is running and playing and like a new dog dog I've never seen her so happy.

The Farmer's Dog Dance!
Before Farmer's Dog, our Cassie politely sat for her kibble and never turned down a meal, that is until recently, when she would let her kibble sit for an hour or so before strolling over to eat. With some ear infection issues we decided to try something fresh. Now she does what we call the Farmer's Dog dance! She dances around the kitchen doing spins and hops while we prepare her food, she races us to the landing pad and her tail continues to wag wildly until she's about halfway done. We will have to wait to see if it helps with chronic ear infections but, in the meantime, we have a very happy dog!

I have been using Farmer’s Dog to feed…
I have been using Farmer’s Dog to feed our dogs for years. When they first started eating it I was amazed. Our English Bulldog had developed Masticatory muscle myositis and his jaw muscles were atrophying. He needed to eat soft food and that’s how our dogs came to eat Farmer’s Dog. Shortly he looked like he had been put in a time machine and transported back in time a few years. He looked younger, he acted younger. Unfortunately he had multiple health issues and passed away. I contacted Farmer’s Dog to cancel his portion of the food. No more arrived in the box that showed up the following day. On short notice they were able to pull his food and not have me have to see his name on the pack or have extra food. A few days after that a beautiful plant arrived from them for his passing. That made us customers for life. We usually have 3 dogs, always the correct amount, we have never had an order that was wrong. I just got off the phone with Jordan to arrange for extra food for our dogs on vacation and make sure none is delivered while we are not home. I have dealt with her several times to change or add to our delivery. She makes things easy and pleasant. She’s the best. Our dogs love the food and the people who work there are the greatest! Thank you for helping our dogs stay part of our family for as long as they can! ❤️🐕

To start, I had questions. A lot of questions. They probably dreaded seeing my emails. I apologized for being annoying. The next business day, I received a phone call from Farmer's Dog ensuring me I was not obnoxious. They took the time to call and were patient with me.
It is super easy to reach the company. They do email, phone, AND text. They answer promptly and take your questions and concerns seriously.
We previously fed our girl high quality kibble, but after reviewing the benefits, decided to start feeding fresh frozen. A few months later, with time on my hands, we switched to the do-it-yourself plan (balanced nutrition packets and recipes).
Our girl loves the food. We love the changes in her energy (she is still in the running for the title of world's laziest Aussie).
At the start of Farmer's Dog, she was at 50lbs. We could not get weight off of her with kibble (without jeopardizing her nutritional health). They calculated her caloric needs to help her lose weight. When she hit 44lbs, they recalculated to help maintain it and she has.
Yes, Farmer's Dog is pricier than kibble. Still, it is less than we could feed ourselves for.
Overall, we highly recommend Farmer's Dog. They have great quality and amazing customer service. The website is super easy to use as well.

Chronic bouts of stomach pain are FINALLY gone!!!
Sophie was thrown out of a car in front of me... and I scooped her up and that little chihuahua has been my most faithful, loving friend ever. That was nine years ago, since then she has suffered over the years with random bouts of abdominal pain. Up all night pacing and whimpering for hours... and I could not do anything but run her to emergency vets, the family vet and have many procedures done. FINALLY we realized it was likely her gall bladder, but we couldn't find a food to help... until she became a Farmer's Dog. In the last five weeks we have had ZERO nights up with her in pain... So many neighbors, friends and family have said she acts like a puppy again. I did not even realize she felt that bad until I saw how she acted when she didn't. She has a spark in her eye I have not seen in YEARS... I thought it was just old age. My only regrets are that I did not have this for all my other dogs, I did not have this for my Sophie since she came into my life and that her fur-sister Edna (kitty) wants to be a Farmer's Dog now! (The vet said she has the same problem with her kitty also)!

Having used Farmers Dog for a year now, we have seen beautiful things happen. Our Eli was ill when we started and we feel FD extended his life 8 months. He was happier when he ate and his coat was pretty and he looked forward to meal times! His brother Moses jumps up and down at meal times.. he so loves the food. It took a while of steady serving the food and recently we realized he is his ideal weight and his coat is stunning.
