Be very wary of this company

Be very wary of this company! I bought two tickets from Oregon to Alaska not long ago from Faremasters via Airgorilla that totaled around $950. It was a good deal! When it came time to issue the e-tickets, I was informed that in brief, the tickets could not be issued unless a further payment was made to compensate for unpredictable variables such as seating and limited space, though there was no mention of how many seats were left when I bought the tickets. I could understand a hike of $50-100, but $400! The mask of an alibi over the face of a con. Why is it so hard to get a good deal!!! Needless to say, the trust factor has gone much further down the road of erosion. Fortunately, I took screenshots of everything, instructed my bank to cancel payment and did not lose anything although I experienced a slight change in the color of my hair from brown to gray.

SCAM, TRAPPING PEOPLE

Such a worst company ever, doing scam, what they show on website is a complete lie, people come to their website they confirm the reservation from their end and they call that particular passenger and tell them that they will not be getting ameneties and the fare got expired which they confirmed , and ask for more money from people, a COMPLETE SCAM , they have their websites as well , one is faremasters.com , private low fares and fareshope.com.

theyll screw you.

i cancelled a flight within 24 hr cancellation full refund policy and they wouldnt honor it after the fact. took me for 1400. steer clear of these ripoffs.

Scammer! Fake 5 stars rating

I booked 2 tickets for $600, but after a few hours, a representative called me to inform me that there was only 1 ticket left and that they wanted to increase the price to over $800. They also informed me that I couldn't cancel my booking since it was nonrefundable. I explained that it wasn't my problem; you couldn't provide the tickets that I purchased, so it's a passive cancellation. However, the representative pushed me to change my date or airport, but every option they offered was much higher in price than what was available on the airline's website. I refused to agree to any of the options. Finally, they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I pointed out that they hadn't even issued me a ticket yet, so how could they charge me a cancellation fee? This company is dishonest, so be cautious!
