Written by the company

My name is Brian and I have been buying and selling estates and collections since 1997! As one of the largest buyers and sellers of personal property in New England, I have built up a very unique skill set and knowledge of values. This will help to properly price your items and ensure you get the most money possible for your estate or business. Our goal as a company is to save as many items from the landfill as possible. We believe that by reselling used and new old stock items we give them a second life. Our clients make money on items that we sell, our customers get a good deal, and less waste is produced. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent, licensed Auctioneer, and am a Certified Personal Property Appraiser. Thank you for supporting small businesses.

Our Aunts house was a mess when she

Our Aunts house was a mess when she past away and we didnt know where to start. They were incredibly organized and fast!!! They took the time to understand our needs and made sure nothing we wanted to keep was thrown away. Even put aside photos they found for us!! We worked with a different estate company when my dad passed that made us skeptical about these kinds of companies, but this team was so respectful, and the sale itself was flawless. We pretty much didnt do anything, we just let them come and do their thing! I highly recommend them if you’re in a family transition.

We recently decided to simplify

We recently decided to simplify and move to a smaller house. We had rooms full of furniture and decades of stuff we no longer needed. The liquidation team came in, evaluated everything, and made an offer we were happy with. They also handled pick-up and clean-up, which was a huge relief. Everything done in just a week!

My dad had a stroke

My dad had a stroke, so we had to quickly find a senior home and figure out what to do with his house. This company had a list of trusted homes they work with, and got us connected to one very close by. They handled everything so we could focus on his health. He was still living in the house while they were there and worked around us, sensitive to how hard this was for him. They confirmed everything with us before throwing anything away. And they made sure to set aside anything we wanted to keep and had sentimental value to us. Found a pair of my mom’s earrings under the dryer we thought were gone forever! We didnt know that some of the things we had in the attic were even there, let alone that they were worth money. They even bought my brother’s old comic book collection and paid him some cash up front. They are in the process of selling the house for us now, while we can focus on dad.
