The dog bed is very comfy for my dog. I never received the initial purchase, looked all over the town, post office etc. Never found it. However, I had good communication with you and eventually was sent a new bed and was safely delivered. Thank you

Good product/Frustrating customer service process

The product itself is fine, the customer service is not good and I would not reorder. They made it so difficult to exchange a product and it took over 2 months and over 5 emails to actually get the product. Not worth the aggravation.

Immediately after placing my order

Immediately after placing my order, I saw that I can make a color change and I did so. Still I received the wrong color. Even when I got the notification that the order was being processed, I asked for a color change.

Very disappointed!!!

Not satisfied

Below is my grievance. Even though it took a few months to rectify my situation, DogsLanding did send me the correct size for free. I am now a satisfied customer. I do wish it hadn't taken so long.

"Not satisfied. Wrong size was sent. I sent a picture and description that said Large would fit a Golden Retriever, German Shepherd... all huge dogs. Mine is a miniature 30lb. Pomeranian/husky mix that couldn't fit in it. Kept being told it was the right size. Been emailing to someone named Karen. Asked to be in touch with her Supervisor and was never allowed to do so."

Bundle pricing costs me more than if I bought individually

The price I paid was more than the items were listed for just a few hours after I placed my order. When I finally got someone to respond to my email questioning why the price difference and asking for a partial refund, I was told that I had a bundle pricing. In my experience, normally a 'bundle' saves you money, not cost more than the individual items priced separately. I'll think twice before I recommend to anyone,

While my dog loves the blankets I order from your company, the last order I placed was accidentally scheduled to be shipped to an old mailing address. I realized this immediately upon placing the order and contacted your customer service to try to get the mailing address changed. They took days to get back to me and by that time the item had shipped. They offered no support or even an apology, just suggested that perhaps the item would be forwarded to my new mailing address. Found your customer service to be very slow and not very helpful.

I already wrote a month ago. Use better material work on putting together better, for a hundred bucks cant say I was impressed. Too much of a bother to send it back. We’re using it. Just not what I expected. Sorry, but thanks for asking. Have a nice Holiday!

Impossible to put the stuffing in the beds

I have ordered a dog bed from this brand before, so recently, I ordered two more beds. It was impossible to put the stuffing into the two new beds I ordered, so I emailed customer service twice about this problem. I never got a response, and there was no option to return the beds. I will never order from this company again. What's the use if you can't even put the product together? It's so frustrating.
