I ordered an item on 28th July, still waiting, I really hope it arrives soon. I will not be using the company again. Very disappointing

This is not the first time that a card has arrived without an envelope. This is particularly problematic as the cards are not a regular size for an envelope

I was not aware that the dogs doodahs had ceased trading until I came to order a card. I had a balance on the account and started chasing that balance to be repaid in September 2020. The email traffic has been fairly constant with many, many promises that this issue will be forward to the correct team to sort it out. Still no joy. Anybody else had the same problem and did you actually get your refund or am I wasting my time? Very disappointed as this company, from a greetings card point of view, ticked every box.

My account was deleted with credit still on it. It took them over 2 days to respond to my question regarding this mishap, they said I would have to create a new account. I did and it took over 12 hrs to receive the activation email. When I activated the account my last order was still there and my account is now in the name of the recipient and also my billing address is to. SO I have lost money, my address book and reminders, Funky pigeon here I come. The Dogs Doodahs is now far from that name should rename to the Dogs right royal cock up and rip off. What went wrong. As little side note if you check the companies house site the Dog doodahs has been dissolved as of April 2020 so how can it still be trading???

I ordered a card on 28 August and paid for 1st class delivery which was estimated to be 3 to 4 working days at most. The card did not arrive until 9 September several days after the actual birthday. The card was intended for my son who acts as my carer as I am disabled. I was really upset that I had no card to give him on his birthday.
I contacted the company who directed blame entirely onto Royal Mail, but did offer to refund the cost of the card. Although I cannot prove it I am sure that Dog's Doodahs were at the very least responsible for the delay and some 6 weeks later I have still not received any refund.
I will never use this company again and would advise others not to rely on their services either.

I love the ease of designing a card on dogs doodahs, there is a great choice of card for every occasion. Cards are a good price and always arrive quickly. Also love the extra bit when you do pre pay, great site highly recommend.
