What really stood out was the customer service — Lindsay was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. My Perfect, Custom Ring!
I spent a lot of time combing the site for exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want to go through the 'hassle' of customizing...until I found 4/5 rings that each had something special to me. So, I bit the bullet and decided to go through the process. To my surprise, it's so easy! Personally, I combined the 4 rings' elements into one ring in ProCreate on an iPad at 3 different image angles, then submitted them to the team. Within days we had a finalized design that made my dreams come true!! I then picked out a stone which, after a sudden price hike, customer service seamlessly and happily adjusted my purchase price to reflect my original 'offer.' I read other reviews that said the original chosen stone had to be reselected sometimes to maintain quality, but mine was perfect the first time. Just under two weeks later my custom, perfect ring is in my hands! And with a bonus pendant! The quality is astonishing, the speed is remarkable, and gosh...my ring is GORGEOUS!!! I am beyond pleased, and so glad I went ahead with the order despite some doubts. Online ordering expensive items can surely be scary, but The Art of Jewels is safe! I hope you get your perfect ring form them as well as I did! I will be returning in a few months as a customer for my matching band, and anything else after! Thank you!!!

I’ve been waiting for a partial refund…
I’ve been waiting for a partial refund on a design change and they’ve sent me several emails confirming that it’s been processed but here I am over a month later still waiting…. The ring is great but I don’t trust their PayPal refund process. I’ve been asked to change my review on multiple emails from them. I will once I receive my refund. As of today, I have yet to receive it from PayPal.

- Credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle to appear.

Flawed connector.
Diamond was fine, chain was fine. Connecting loop was cheap and was not up to standards. I went to my local jewelry shop and had a transition connector fashioned at a cost of $280.
